Our description
Il Grigio Apartments offers three modern apartments located in a quiet location in Limenaria, the second largest town on Thassos. The units are fully equipped and renovated, providing the guests an ideal solution for a nice holiday.
Accommodation is located 1.4km from the large city beach of Limenaria, and 1km away from the center with all shops, taverns, bars and a promenade.
Villa offers three modern apartments located on the ground floor. Each has 40m2. All of them are decorated in the same way and they have one double bed in the bedroom. In the living room they have a sofa with a drawer bed, equipped kitchen with a small refrigerator, hot plates, kettle and toaster and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Each apartment has two terraces overlooking the yard and the surrounding area. The owners live upstairs. Air conditioner and TV are in each room.
Smaller pets are allowed upon request.
Cleaning is done daily, while towels and bed linen are being changed every three days.
Guests can park their vehicles on the road in front of the accommodation. It doesn't have much traffic.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
