Hotel Description

Michael & Marika’s House offers one big apartment for eight people with its own yard. The accommodation is fully equipped and the owners are very kind. The villa is located near the center and the beach, so it is a good choice for larger groups of friends or two families who want their privacy.

Accommodation is located 300m from the nearest supermarket, town center and pedestrian zone. Limenaria city beach is located 450m from the accommodation.

Villa offers one apartment located on the ground floor. It has 100m2 and three bedrooms. In two bedrooms there are two single beds, while in the third one there is a smaller size double bed. The living room has two sofas and a spacious kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave and kettle. In the bathroom there are a bathtub with a curtain and a washing machine.

There is only one air condition in the house which is located in the hallway. The apartment also has two TVs, mosquito nets and internet.

Cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are being done every four days.

In the yard there is a table with chairs both in front and in the back of the house. Guests can also use the barbecue and shower in the yard.

Guests can find a parking space on the street in front of the property or in the small parking area in front of Patiras Deluxe, which is public.

Coming from Prinos, turn left at the main intersection in Limenaria and drive straight inland. After 250m, on the left side of the road, you will see your accommodation, right after Patiras Deluxe Hotel.

Accommodation is a good option for all those who are looking for a spacious house in the center of a larger city.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
