Our description
Armeno Studios is an accommodation located at the very entrance to Limenaria. It is located in a quiet location, and only a 2-minute drive from the center of Limenaria.
The beach is 120m away. The villa is 50m from the nearest supermarket and 1km from the center, where you can find all the cafes, taverns, shops and the promenade.
In its offer, it has eight studios (20 - 23 m2) on two floors: four on the ground floor and four on the first floor.
Ground level:
studios number 1 and 2 are triple studios, located at the front of the house and have a partial view of the sea. They are located on the ground floor, so you can see the sea a little through the trees and vegetation.
Both studios have one double bed and one single bed.
studios number 3 and 4 are double, located at the back side of the house. These two studios have a table and chairs in front of the unit and overlook the courtyard.
First floor
studios number 101 and 104 are double with two single beds and a direct view of the sea.
studios number 102 and 103 are triple and have one double and one single bed. They also have a direct sea view.
All units have a kitchenette that is equipped for preparing meals (pan, pots, coffee pot, cutting board, grater, glasses, cups, plates and utensils).
Bathrooms in all accommodation units are smaller and have a shower and no curtain.
All accommodation units within the complex have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning, safe and hair dryer.
There are mosquito nets only on the windows, while there are no mosquito nets on the terrace door.
The yard is decorated with lots of flowers and greenery. There is also a small area with toys intended for the youngest visitors of this accommodation.
In the yard there is a grill with tables and chairs that guests can use.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is done daily, and changes are made once during the stay if the guests stay up to seven nights, and twice during the stay if they stay eight or more nights.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but there is enough space for parking on the street near the accommodation.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn left when you reach the Discovery sign and continue driving along the street that goes to the right. The villa is on the left.
Armeno studios is an ideal choice for all those who want modest accommodation near the beach.

Armeno Studios is located in Limenaria of Thassos, at a distance of 150m. from Limenaria beach, just a two minute walk! It offers accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, TV, hairdryer, bathroom with shower and balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea!! In the courtyard there is a playground, garden and BBQ facilities!! In addition, there is a parking space available outside the hotel.
Armeno Studios is 1.3 km away. from Metallea beach and 1.9 km. from Tripiti beach.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma dobar smeštaj. Odnos cene i kvaliteta odličan. Nalazi se na ulazu u Limenariju pa je noću mirno, nema buke od ulice. Centar Limenarije je na 10 minuta laganog hoda. Market se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini smeštaja i odlično je opremljen. Ispred kuće ima mesta za parking

Odseli smo u trokrevetnom studiju, koji je prilicno komforan, kupatilo sasvim pristojno, cisto, terasa dovoljno velika sa pogledom na more.
