Giannis Apartment is a recently renovated apartment with two separate bedrooms, so it is ideal for couples. Private The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of all amenities.
This facility is located in Limenaria, 270m from the city beach, and the first market is about 100m away.
It is an apartment on the ground floor with two separate bedrooms that can accommodate four people and one child up to 15 years old.
There is one double bed in both bedrooms, while there is another double bed in the living room, but it is smaller than the standard size.
The kitchen is equipped and in it you can find a large refrigerator, two hot plates and an electric kettle.
The accommodation unit has air conditioning and a TV set, mosquito nets, internet access, hair dryer and it is possible to insert a bed, which is available on request. Pets are welcome, with prior notice. There is also a seating area in front of the accommodation.
Cleaning, changing of towels and bed linen takes place every fifth day.
If you want newer accommodation, close to the center and all the events, Giannis Apartment can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
