Hotel Description

Avra Studio is a new and very modern accommodation, which is just a few minutes away from the beach. It has spacious accommodation units, which are nicely decorated and very clean. Private parking is available on site as well as a barbecue.

This accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach. It is located just 100 meters from one of the most popular beaches on the island, Golden beach. The first market is about 300m away.

Avra Studios is a brand new and modern accommodation that has one apartment and seven studios (one double, two triple and four quadruple studios).

The double studio is located on the first floor, as is the apartment. The three-bed studios are located on the high ground floor as are the two four-bed studios while the other two are located on the first floor. The two-bed studios (20m2) consist of a double bed, while the three-bed studios (30m2) have a double bed and a single bed that pulls out under the double bed. The four-bed studio (40m2) consists of a double bed and a sofa bed for two.

The apartment (40m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. The balcony is very spacious. The living room is very comfortable and can accommodate an extra bed for fifth person.

All accommodation units have WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen and TV, as well as balconies. The kitchen is well equipped, and apart from standard utensils and dishes, it has a microwave.

Cleaning is performed every four days, as well as the replacement of towels and bedding.

In the back of the yard there is a built-in barbecue and a shared kitchen. The yard is nicely decorated, partly paved and with flowers.

The villa is in a non-residential and quiet street, close to all the facilities in the city, and it has a private parking.

It is very easy to find, if you are coming from the direction of Skala Potamia. You need to turn right into the first street after the Almyra Villa. The first building is the Avra Villa and next to it is the Amaryllis Villa.

We would recommend Avra Studios to all people who are looking for the brand new and high quality accommodation, very neat and clean, equipped with beautiful and modern furniture, with spacious balconies, near to a sandy beach, in a non-residential street, with parking, yard for enjoyment and beautiful surroundings.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
