Hotel Description

Alana Cozy Place is located in Limenaria. It is a newly built accommodation (in 2023), which features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with an air conditioning unit. The accommodation is new, modern, elegant, and comfortable. In each bedroom there is a double bed, while the living room has three sofa beds. Seven adults or two families of four can easily be accommodated here. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a washing machine. Pets are also welcome. Here is provided everything that will make you feel like you are at home.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, 60% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
