Owners description
Alana Cozy Place is located in Limenaria. It is a newly built accommodation (in 2023), which features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with an air conditioning unit. The accommodation is new, modern, elegant, and comfortable. In each bedroom there is a double bed, while the living room has three sofa beds. Seven adults or two families of four can easily be accommodated here. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a washing machine. Pets are also welcome. Here is provided everything that will make you feel like you are at home.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
