Accommodation description

Alana Cozy Place is located in Limenaria. It is a newly built accommodation (in 2023), which features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with an air conditioning unit. The accommodation is new, modern, elegant, and comfortable. In each bedroom there is a double bed, while the living room has three sofa beds. Seven adults or two families of four can easily be accommodated here. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a washing machine. Pets are also welcome. Here is provided everything that will make you feel like you are at home.

Everything is excellent, starting from the hosts to the accommodation. There is parking for the car right in the yard, the hosts are very kind, a wonderful family. The accommodation itself is very clean and comfortable, highly recommended.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, 60% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
