Makarona Village is a modern apartment complex located in a peaceful and idyllic setting just outside Limenaria, offering an ideal escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. These maisonettes provide a perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring carefully selected furnishings, contemporary decor, and all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. They are ideal for families seeking tranquility and privacy, while the center of Limenaria is just a few minutes’ drive away, offering restaurants, shops, and beaches.
The complex includes four independent accommodation units, structured as two-level studios with a capacity for up to two adults and three children. The ground floor features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the upper loft includes a double bed. An additional foldable bed can be added upon request.
A baby crib is available free of charge upon request.
Each air-conditioned studio is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, an induction cooktop with two ceramic plates, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with a glass screen.
Guests can enjoy a veranda overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden, furnished with outdoor seating.
The garden offers natural shade and abundant greenery, with each unit having a small private garden area in front of the entrance. A barbecue is available upon request.
Pets are welcome with prior arrangement with the owners.
Cleaning of the units and towel changes are carried out every two days, while bed linens are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.
Free private parking is available for guests.
Makarona Village is located 4 km from Pefkari, 5 km from Potos, and 37 km from the main town of Limenas. The nearest airport in Kavala is 62 km away.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
