Konstantinos Villa 2 is located almost on the beach (less than 50m away) and in quiet part of Limenaria- out of center and crowd but again close to all amenities. Studios have sea view.
Accommodation is 50 meters away from the beach and 200-250m away from the center of Limenaria. Nearby you can find a supermarket, great variety of taverns, shops and promenade.
Konstantinos Villa 2 is a three-story house with double, triple and quadruple studios and a sea view. Studios have side sea view (more beautiful on the upper floors).
The villa was built in 2005 and renovated in 2009. There are eight studios located in the high ground, first or second floor. All units have single beds except from double studio in the high ground that has one double bed. Units have from 19-35m2. The furniture is classic wooden and well preserved. Each studio has a kitchenette, air-conditioning, WiFi and TV. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed for the child younger than eight years old.
The guests can have breakfast in the accommodation Reverie Suites which is 50m away from the villa and is owned by the same owner. In this villa there is also a pool that can be used bay the guests of the Konstantinos Villa 2.
Cleaning and the change of bedding and towels is done every three days.
In the neighborhood, 50m away from villa there are a private parking lot with BBQ, swimming pool, as well as two other houses (that belong to the same owner) with a big yard. The yard is available to guests from all three villas. The owners have a washing machine in the Konstantinos Beach Villa 1 that is available for the guests of all three accommodations.
The beach is sandy on the coast with stones in the water. It's more suitable for swimmers than for children.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, at the entrance to Limenaria turn right at the first intersection after the hotel Triada, located on the left side of the main road. After about 50m, turn into the first alley to the right, next to Easy Riders rent a bike and drive for another 70m. At the corner at the end of this alley you will see this villa from the left side.
Konstantinos Villa 2 can be an excellent choice if you want a quiet holiday on the coast in a very decent accommodation. Given the fact that the villa is located in the south of the island, in a range of 10km there are many great beaches that are among the most popular on this island (Psili Amos, Notos, Rosa Gremos and Tripiti). Potos is only 5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
