Our description
Villa Fun&Sun is a brand new, modern and luxurious building located at the entrance to Limenaria. It has quiet location, nice decorated rooms and offers absolute comfort.
The villa is situated 100m from the organized beach in Limenaria, 200m from the supermarket and 1km from the center of Limenaria.
Apartment has an area of 65m2 and has two terraces and garden with sitting area in front of the villa. Studio has 30m2.
Apartment can accommodate up to six people. There are a total of two bedrooms, one with king size bed, and the other two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen is located within the living room and is fully equipped beside the dishes and cooking equipment has a coffee maker, toaster, stove with ceramic plates. The house is equipped with TV and satellite channels, air conditioning, a private parking and wireless Internet signal.
Studio can accommodate up to three people. It has one double and one single bed. Studio has private luxury Jacuzzi and only in this unit there is a safe.
Cleaning and a change of bedding and towels is done every three days.
Private parking is provided.
The facility operates from year 2014.
It is located in the same alley as hotel Antonios, on the right side of the road, close to the sea, on the enterance to Limenaria (seen from the direction of Skala Prinos).

Owner description
Our apartment is situated 100 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the supermarket and 1 km from the center of Limenaria. Apartment is 65m2 with 2 balconies and small private sitting place on the front of house. Inside can be sleep 4 max. 6 person. One bedroom is with double bed 160cm and second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room can be sleep 2 person on the sofa-bed (double bed). In the kitchen can be find our visitors everything for the cooking include coffee maker, toaster,ceramic kitchen. Others : TV, satellite, air conditioner, private parking, wi-fi.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potreban smestaj za dve porodice,prva sa dvoje dece 10 i 12 godina,druga porodica jedno dete 12 godina. period 15.07.-25.07.

Treci put na Tassosu, Putovali smo sa nasom decom, 14 i 19 godina. Prvi put na toj strani ostrva. Apartman je veliki i prostran. Ispred terasa gde smo uzivali u dorucku a uvece igrali karte. Kuhinja ima sve sto vam je potrebno za manja spremanja. Menjanje peskira svakog drugog dana a ciscenje svakog dana sem nedeljom. Vlasnici , koji su bili veoma ljubazni, zive u blizini i svako jutro prolazili i pitali kako nam je i ako nam je nesto potrebno. Sve preporuke!

Da li imate slobodan cetvorokrevetni apartman u terminu od 16.07-26.07 - 10 nocenja, dvoje odraslih i dvoje dece 11 i 12 god, koja je cena i nacin rezervacije, imate li parking, klimu i da li se sve to dodatno naplacuje, hvala.
