Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Blue Sea Studios is an accommodation located at the entrance to Limenaria. Situated in a peaceful location, just a two-minute drive from all the amenities that Limenaria offers. All units in this accommodation have a sea view.
Located 120m from the beach, while the nearest store is 50m away.
This accommodation offers five units on the second floor - two double studios, two triple studios, and one two-bedroom apartment (the kitchen is located in one of the bedrooms).
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning and TV sets, internet access, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with two burners, a refrigerator, and bathrooms with a shower cabin, without a curtain, as well as a shared barbecue in the yard. A baby cot is also available upon request.
Parking is available in front of the accommodation and according to the owner, there is always enough space.
Cleaning is done daily, while the replacement of towels and bed linen is done halfway through the stay.
