Blue Sea Studios is an accommodation located at the entrance of Limenaria, on a gentle elevation above the main road. It is situated in a peaceful location, just a two-minute drive from all the amenities Limenaria has to offer.

It is located 250m away from the beach, while the nearest store is 180m away. The promenade with shops, taverns, and cafes is about 600m away.

This accommodation offers five units on the second floor - two double studios, two triple studios, and one two-bedroom apartment (the kitchen is located in one of the bedrooms) for four people. It is a more modest accommodation dominated by wood and stone, with furniture of older date.

The double studios feature a double bed, the triple studios have a double and a single bed, while the apartment has a double bed in each room. All units have air conditioning, TV sets, internet access, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a kitchenette with two burners and a fridge, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin without a curtain. A baby cot is available upon request.

All studios have a direct sea view from their balconies, while the sea can be seen sideways from the apartment balcony.

The accommodation is positioned on a gentle elevation, making the yard, even on the hottest days, more pleasant and cooler than the rest of Limenaria. The yard is rich in greenery and natural shade, with tables and chairs for sitting, a barbecue, a children’s playground, and stone paths surrounded by colorful flowers.

Parking is possible in front of the accommodation or across the street.

Cleaning is done daily, while towel and linen change is performed halfway through the stay. Pets are not allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
