Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Thoma-is Studios is situated in a tranquil location in the very center of Limenaria, not far from the beach. It offers guests privacy and the opportunity to take a break and find peace away from the daily rush.
The beach is located 350m away, while the nearest supermarket is at a distance of 190m.
The accommodation disposes of four units in total: three double studios and one apartment with two separate bedrooms, which can accommodate up to four people.
One double studio (2 Bed Studio) is located at the front of the building and features two connected single beds and a street view.
The other two studios (2 Bed Studio, Garden View) are located at the back of the building and have two connected single beds each and a garden view.
The duplex apartment (2 Bedroom Apartment) is located at the front of the building and offers two double beds and views of the garden and the street.
All units are located on the high ground floor, have a balcony (the duplex apartment has two), A/C (the duplex apartment has one in each bedroom), WiFi, TV, a kitchen with two burners, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and hairdryer. The bathrooms have tiles with a curtain.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is done daily. Towels are changed every two days, while bed linens are changed every three days.
The courtyard has a table and chairs for sitting.
The accommodation does not have private parking, but guests can park their vehicles in front of/near the accommodation, where there is usually parking available.
If you are looking for accommodation that offers peace and privacy, while being in the very center and close to all the activities, then Thoma-is Studios would not be a bad choice for you.
