Our description
Vaso Studios is situated in Limenaria, close to the beach, in the second line from the sea. The location is ideal because it's in a quiet area of Limenaria, a few minutes walk from all amenities. Accommodation is modest but affordable.
Accommodation is at about 200m from the beginning of the promenade, restaurants, shops and taverns, while the very center is about 400m away. Bakery and a supermarket are at 100m. The beach is 50m away from the villa. The part in front of the house is sandy on the cost, with sandy and rocky parts in the water. Nearby there are organized parts of the beach with deck chairs (that come with a drink) and water sports. The beach is about 2km long and well-maintained in front of certain hotels, so everyone can find the appropriate part for themselves.
Vaso Studios consists of two double studios and one apartment. Each has two single beds. Studios and apartment are set on the high ground (first) floor, one studio and the apartment are facing the street, while the other studio is facing the sea. Sea view is obstructed by the new recently built hotel in front of this accommodation. Furniture is classic wooden, studios have kitchenette, bathroom, air conditioning, wireless internet, TV and shared balcony. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed, but small children can sleep in a bed with their parents. Studios have 14m2, 16m2 and 22m2 and a baby cot can be added only in two bigger ones.
Cleaning, towels and bed linen are provided.
There is only small garden in front oh the house with vegetables (not for sitting).
The guests can find parking on the street in front of Vaso Studios.
Arriving from direction of Prinos, at the entrance of Limenaria, right after rent-a-bike Zagos, turn to the first street right (before the little bridge), then into next street left.
The villa is a good choice for all those who are looking for the accommodation close to the beach.

Owners description
Vaso Studios is a family villa consisting of studios and one apartment. Each unit is fully equipped to satisfy all modern requirements. Our studios are located in the southern part of the island Thassos, in the village of Limenaria, near the entrance to the village.
When you are coming from Prinos, immediately after the rent-a-bike Zagos turn right and drive to the beach. Villa Vaso is connected with villa Aleka. Between it and the sea there is only one building under construction. The villa is practically in the first line by the sea.
Studio Vaso offer two double studios and one apartment, which can accommodate two adults and a child up to 12 years of age that can sleep with parents.
Each studio has a kitchenette, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, Internet and terrace.It is 7-8 minutes away from the city center by walking and from supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants 3-4 minutes.
It is located on the beach, in a very peaceful location, outside of the city and traffic, but still very close to everything that Limenaria offers. It is only five minutes away (4km) from Potos.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
