Hotel Description

Smaragda Villa is located in Limenaria,. Few steps from the acoommodation begins the promenade filled with restaurants, taverns, pizza places and shops but again is still far from the crowd. It is modest but decent and affordable accommodatuon. It can be good choice for two couples as there are two separated bedrooms.

The beach is 40m away. It has parasols and deck chairs which you can use if you order a drink or a coffee.

This is an older house built in the 80s but the owner invests in it every year. For internet reservations are available two identical duplex apartments. One is on the high ground while the other one is on the first floor.

The apartments have a side sea view from the balconies. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other three single beds. There is no possibility of adding an extra bed. Dining room and equipped kitchen are separated. Apartments also have bathrooms. This units have between 60-65m2.

There are A/C, TV, mosquito nets, WiFi internet. The owner also has a supermarket next door from where the internet router is located.

The owner is an older lady so she is not able to do the cleaning, but she gives you clean sheets and towels that you can change by yourself.

The villa doesn’t have its private parking spot, but since it’s not in the city center, there is available space for free parking nearby.

When arriving from the direction of Prinos, for the villa you will turn right after the hotel Triada. It is exactly opposite of a small church and it will be on your right side.

If you want a decent and modest accommodation for five people, near the beach (three adults and two children) Smaragda Villa can be a good choice.

The accommodation at Smaragd Villa was adequate and functional. A notable advantage is the proximity to all essential urban amenities.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
