Blionis Sea View Luxury Suite is a high-quality and modernly equipped accommodation. It is located at the entrance of Limenaria in a tranquil part of the resort and is ideal for larger families or a group of friends looking for comfortable and spacious lodging.

The beach is 500m away. The accommodation is 600m away from the nearest store, 500m from the restaurants, and approximately 1km from the bustling center of Limenaria where all the cafes, taverns, shops, and promenade are located.

This is a duplex apartment (130m2) with a capacity of up to seven people (maximum of six adults and one child up to 10 years old). The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a spacious living room with two sofa beds, making it suitable for larger families or groups of friends.

The accommodation is modernly equipped and offers a high level of comfort. Guests have access to three air conditioning units, three televisions, wireless internet, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four burners, a coffee maker, a kettle, and complete dining utensils.

The bathroom includes a washing machine that guests can use during their stay. Pets are welcome with prior notice.

Parking is easily available in front of the accommodation as the street has low traffic. Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment during their stay, while bed linen and towels can be requested from the owner and replaced as needed.

When arriving from the direction of Prinos, at the entrance of Limenaria, on the left side, you will see a blue Elin gas station, and 400m after it, you turn left off the main road and drive uphill on the street parallel to the main road. Then, before the first house, you turn left into the street and drive all the way to the top of that street. When you see the roads diverge, take the slightly right street. Blionis Sea View Luxury Suite will be on your left at the corner of the next street you come across.

If you are looking for quality accommodation a bit outside the center in a very peaceful location, Blionis Sea View Luxury Suite could be an excellent choice. Within a 10km radius, there are numerous popular beaches on the island (Psili Amos, Notos, Tripiti, Metalia, and Potos is 6km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
