Halkias Studios is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer. It is located near the beach, at the entrance of Limenaria, and offers very favorable prices. The studios are spacious. Some of them have a sea view, while others overlook the mountain. Guests can opt for breakfast and half board. The owners are wonderful people always ready to help.
The accommodation is 100m away from the beach. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant where you can have breakfast or lunch. The villa is located on the south of the island, so almost all the most popular beaches are very close. It provides an excellent base for exploring the island. The center of Limenaria is less than 1.5km away or a 15-minute walk. In the town, there is a promenade with a wide selection of shops, restaurants, taverns, and supermarkets. The town beach, which is a two-minute walk from the villa, is partly sandy and partly rocky. It is 2km long, so everyone can find a spot that suits them best. There is also a large, well-stocked supermarket near the villa, about 600m away.
The villa was built in 1984. It consists of five studios located on the ground floor (high ground floor) and on the first floor. They can be double, triple, or quadruple. There are also two quadruple apartments available. Studio number 6 (16m2) is a double. It is located on the first floor and has one double bed and a sea view. Two quadruple studios (25-30m2) on the first floor have one double bed and two single beds. One has a sea view (no. 5), while the other overlooks the mountain (no. 4). The remaining two studios (40m2) on the first floor have four single beds. Number 1 has a sea view, and studio number 2 has a mountain view.
It is possible to add an extra bed in studios number 1 and 2, which is smaller than standard beds so a larger person would not be able to fit comfortably.
The apartments (45m2) were built in 2025 and are designed for up to four people. Both apartments are located on the high ground floor. There is one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two in the living room, with a standard mattress. Apartment number 7 has a slightly smaller balcony and overlooks the back of the yard, while apartment number 8 overlooks the main road.
Some studios have a sea view, but at the same time, they face the main road, so they are noisier than rooms at the back of the house. The rooms vary in size, some are smaller, some more spacious. The balconies are narrower. The quadruple studios are very spacious. All units have a mini-kitchen, balcony, air conditioning, TV, bathrooms, and WiFi. The furniture in the studios is classic, wooden. Studios on the second floor are not available for online reservations.
Breakfast is served from 8-10 am, and lunch/dinner until 4 pm. Drinks are not included in the price. Guests can discuss their meal choices with the owners on a daily basis.
The villa owner maintains a high level of cleanliness. Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every 4-5 days. The hostess is very kind, and guests can arrange more frequent changes of linen and towels with her on the spot.
The villa has a private parking.
The accommodation is located 1.5km before Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, on the left side of the main road.
We recommend this villa to everyone looking for an affordable option for their vacation. The price is considerably lower compared to other similar villas, and the accommodation is quite decent.

The accommodation is clean and tidy; apartment number 5 features two terraces. The hosts are friendly, and we encountered no issues.
