The only "luxury" is in the name. First of all, I marked apartments in the search. The website has a plethora of images, but it is impossible to connect the textual descriptions with the posted pictures where everything looks splendid. I searched for images of the specific apartment we booked, but we never received them. Based on the price offered to us, I concluded that we had booked an apartment in the true sense of the word. When we arrived, it turned out that we had actually booked a room of nearly 14m2, which contains a double bed and next to it a sofa bed that supposedly unfolds, so what we were given is classified as a 4-bed room! I cannot imagine how it would look if 4 people were accommodated since it was already cramped for us. Additionally, we had an entryway crammed with a sink and a refrigerator, which was proclaimed a kitchen. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broken and never repaired, even though it was reported on the very first day. From the balcony, you do have a view of the sea, but also a lot of sun from early morning since there are no awnings. The terrace is unusable until the afternoon. The pool, although it appears quite decent in the pictures, is actually very small (about 5x3 m). Furthermore, there is a charge for using the pool and the furniture around it. Actually, it is not charged, but ordering from the bar is mandatory if you want to sit in the pool or use it. Quite "luxurious", in line with the name? Breakfast is also luxurious - every day you have the choice of eggs prepared in 3 ways or a toast sandwich. Internet? Yes, there is a signal, but most of the time when all guests are in their rooms, the connection drops or the transmission is very weak. So weak that it is unusable even for voice calls over WhatsApp. The excuse is that it works poorly on the island, and they have "even" 2 routers?! I have 3 at home? Otherwise, when their connection is turned off and switched to network transmission, it works just fine, but it consumes data. The service we received is on par with other cheap accommodations in Greece. The problem is that they claim and charge as if they provide far more, yet they lack the capability to do so. If the price of this accommodation were 30-40% lower, it would be a perfectly good choice for guests seeking affordable lodging. With this price, they fall into a category where much more must be provided. Not everything is so bad here - it is very quiet and peaceful, considering it is about 2 km from the center of Limenarija. This allows them to have ample parking and no other accommodations nearby, so you do not feel overcrowded.

I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation; everything stated is indeed true. The location of the house is beautiful, tranquil, and almost surreal. The host, Dimitros, is an excellent proprietor who speaks Serbian, which greatly facilitates communication. He is always ready to assist and provide suggestions regarding the island and its beaches. In principle, I agree with the general assessment in the comments. The most important thing is that what you see in the description and in the pictures on the website truly reflects reality. The apartments are new, tidy, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The location is excellent, especially for the southern part of the island. Peace and quiet are a significant advantage since there are no other apartments around you. We had the opportunity to stay in two apartments (specifically in a studio and an apartment) for several days, and both were wonderfully equipped. If anything is lacking, the owners are available for any kind of assistance. Special praise goes to them, especially to Dimitris. We booked our accommodation relatively late, so the price may have been slightly above what you could get, but in the end, it is worth it. I would like to take this opportunity to commend the information available on the Nikana site regarding Thassos in general. Our recommendations are Marley beach (which may not be highlighted enough as a very good and nicely arranged beach) and Rosen Gremos as a very affordable beach considering the costs associated with its use. On the other hand, a negative comment pertains to Aliki beach, which has an unreasonably high price compared to the quality it offers.

De Sol Apartments are an excellent choice for families with children, couples, and larger groups of friends. The description provided by Nikana perfectly matches everything we experienced. The apartments are new, clean, and surprisingly well-decorated. Cleaning is done daily, and the linens are changed every three days. The pool is smaller in size, but it is sufficient as an alternative option. The loungers and accessories around the pool are phenomenal. There is also a backyard grill with a large dining table, which is perfect for larger gatherings. Dimitris speaks Serbian, is very proactive, and responds quickly to all needs. They sell homemade honey, olive oil, and various honey desserts made from traditional recipes. The location is outstanding; peace and quiet guarantee a true getaway, with only the sound of cicadas. Additionally, Limenarija is just a few minutes away, making it an excellent base for exploring the southern part of the island. We needed a pediatrician's assistance, and Dimitris took us there, staying with us the entire time and helping with everything, for which we thank him once again. Also, if it's your first time in Thassos, follow all of Nikana's guidelines, and you won't go wrong. In a short time, we visited all the most beautiful beaches, dined at all the mentioned restaurants, and savored the best pastries, gyros, and ice cream. Just print out all the interesting spots: what to visit, where to eat, and so on; everything is explained in detail and is truly a great help. The villa is excellent for accommodating up to four people per apartment. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed. The price-quality ratio is outstanding. We highly recommend it. Hygiene is at a high standard. Bed linens and towels are changed every four days, and cleaning is done daily. The owner of the villa is very pleasant and hardworking.
