Accommodation description

Mimoza Apartments is a newly built property in Limenaria, intended for those who seek a peaceful retreat and enjoyment in a natural environment. It is situated in a tranquil location, approximately 850m from the beach and the center of Limenaria with all amenities.

Guests have at their disposal two four-bed apartments on the ground floor and three four-bed maisonettes on the first floor. All accommodation units have an area of 40m² and are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two. The basic difference between them is that the apartments have a separate bedroom, while the maisonettes have an open gallery with a sleeping area.

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, safe, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The kitchens include a coffee maker, toaster, fridge, and a stove with two hobs. A baby cot is available upon request.

All accommodation units have private balconies. The ground floor apartments overlook the courtyard, while the maisonettes on the first floor offer views of the mountains.

Guests have access to a fenced yard with seating area and barbecue facilities, as well as private parking.

Pets are not allowed.

The units are cleaned daily, while towels and linens are changed every two to three days.

This accommodation is an excellent choice for guests for whom peace, relaxation, and rest are a priority during their summer vacation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
