By The Sea Luxury Suites is an accommodation with an excellent location, in the first line from the sea. It is an accommodation with modern and quality units, and few of them have direct sea view.
This accommodation is located in Limenas, few steps from the beach. The first market is 550m from the accommodation.
In its offer, By The Sea has 10 quality accommodation units, four maisonettes (40-45m2), four suite apartments (40-45m2) and two rooms (30-35m2).
The maisonettes:
Vanilla - it is a spacious accommodation unit, on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a folding sofa bed while upstairs, there is a double bed. There are two bathrooms in the maisonette, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. This accommodation unit has sea view.
Olivia - the maisonette Olivia has a double bed both upstairs and downstairs, so, it is a bit different from the Vanilla maisonette. It has two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. This accommodation unit has sea view.
Ble - the maisonette Ble has one double bed upstairs while the living room has two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a dining table. This unit overlooks the sea.
Boho - Boho maisonette has a double bed upstairs, on the gallery, and a folding sofa bed downstairs. Just like other maisonette, this one also has two bathrooms, one downstair and one upstairs.
The apartments:
Natura- Natura apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a living room, with a folding sofa bed. There are two exits onto the balcony with an amazing sea view, one from the living room and one from the bedroom. The air condition is located both in the living room and bedroom.
White - White apartment is located in the semi-basement and has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a folding sofa bed. The air condition is located in the living room.
Loft- the apartment Loft is similar to the apartment Natura, in the bedroom there is a double bed while a folding sofa bed is located in the living room. The access to the balcony with an amazing sea view is from both the living room and the bedroom. There are two air conditions, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
Orchidea - the apartment Orchidea has a separate bedroom with a double bed and there is a folding sofa bed in the living room. The air condition is located in the living room.
The rooms:
Levada - Levada room has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person, so this unit can accommodate three people. This room has a side sea view.
Lemon - a room named Lemon has a double bed and a folding armchair. From the balcony, the sea can be partially seen but we can’t say the view is complete.
All the accommodation units have air condition, TV, private bathroom, shower cabin, hairdryer and WiFi access. Only the maisonettes and apartments have kitchen, the rooms named Levada and Lemon do not have kitchen.
Cleaning is done every day and the change of bed linen and towels on the second day.
The accommodation does not have a private parking but you can park near or in front of the yard.
Speaking of the yard, it is well kept, with a lot of patios, olive trees and sitting areas. Sunbeds are provided for guests, with consumption.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
