Our description
Drakontis Studios is one of the most popular accommodations in Limenas, because of hygiene that is on the high level, spacious accommodation units and kind owners who are there for all the questions of the guests, as well because of the private parking which is a huge benefit in Limenas.
Accommodation is located on a quiet location in the heart of Limenas, 1km away from the local beach, or 15min by feet. The closest market is at 100m and the city center at 600m.
In total there are two buildings - building from which one you exit directly to the courtyard and the small house.
In the building with direct access to the garden there is one duplex apartment (in the price list 2 Bedroom Apartment, Owner's House) with two bedrooms and it has around 50m2. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are a bunk bed and one single bed. Kitchen is well-equipped and separated from the bedrooms. It has a stove and a big fridge. This apartment also has a washing machine that guests can use. In the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. This apartment doesn't have a balcony and the guests can use tables and chairs in the yard that can be used by all the guests of the accommodation.
On the ground floor of this house there is also one triple apartment (in the price list 4 Bed Apartment, Owner's House) that has 30m2 and which was renovated in 2019. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room besides the kitchen there is a single bed with a fold out drawer bed. Kitchen is fully equipped and it has a small oven, hot plates and a big fridge. This unit has a long balcony with a street view and sitting area. The entrance to the apartment is from the side of the street. The owners live in the same building on the upper floor.
In the small house (in the price list 2 Bed Studio, Small House) there is one studio with a smaller double bed and a kitchen in the same room. The kitchen has smaller fridge and hote plates, while in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain. In front of the studio there is a sitting area just for the guests of this unit. It is necessary to mention that the studio is a smaller size (around 18m2).
All room types have A/C, TV, bathroom, baby cot on request and WiFi internet.
Changing of towels and sheets is done every 2-3 days and cleaning is done daily.
The is a lot of shade in the yard and there are many sitting areas.
Accommodation provides private parking for all guests.
When you disembark from the ferry boat, continue straight and on the crossroad turn left and drive straight until you reach the market Arenopoulos where you should turn right, right after rent-a-car agency. Continue straight until you reach the sign for dead end street and on the beginning of that street, on the right, you will see Drakontis Studios.
If you want decent accommodation, a couple of minutes on foot from all the contents in Limenas, kind hosts and peaceful vacation, Drakontis Studios might be a great choice. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

The Thassos Studios Drakontis in Limenas town, consist of three autonomous studio apartments and a big flat that has two separate bedrooms with a living room. All of them are fully equipped for your best comfort during your holidays in Thassos. They are spacious, all of them have separate kitchen, except one of them (smaller studio) that the kitchen isn't autonomous. There is a fenced yard, BBQ grill for usage and garage parking that can fit up to four cars. All apartments have free internet access with WiFi connection.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je ispunio očekivanja. Mi smo jedini bili smešteni u kućici u dvorištu ( verovatno jer nas je dvoje, manja je). Smeštaj uredan, čišćen svakog dana. Po malo bučno zbog galebova 🤣 i prolaznih vozila, ali nista nepodnosljivo (ne brinite, ulice nisu prometne), ipak je blizu glavnog šetališta i u gradiću ste. Komarnici na svakom prozoru. Nema plaćanja takse, klime, interneta. (Za svaku pohvalu!) Na dočeku smo dobili teglicu meda 🥰 i u toku boravka čokoladice na jastucima 🤭 (sitnice, ali jako prijatne). Lokacija smeštaja je takva da kolima možete lako obici celo ostrvo. Sve u svemu, za svaku preporuku!

Upravo smo se vratili. Boravili smo u studiju u prizemlju, čija je terasa skoro na ulici, ali je ulica toliko mirna da nikakvu buku nećete čuti. Par minuta od šetališta i nešto više do gradske plaže koja je predivna. Mi smo svakodnevno obilazili okolne plaže, pa veliki plus dajemo za parking u dvorištu gde smo uvek imali mesto. Gazdarica je divna, ljubazna i nenametljiva i srpski govori dovoljno za sporazumevanje. Izuzetno je čisto. Peškiri se menjaju svaki dan, posteljina na tri. Apartman se svakodnevno čisti, tako da kad dođete s plaže čeka vas sve čisto, provetreno i sveže. Kuhinja je opremljena, veliki frižider sa komorom, a klima je više nego odlična. Wifi odličan, a apartman veoma komforan. Sve u svemu, mnogo više nego što smo očekivali za ovu cenu. I da dodam- sa Nikanom nema greške! Letovali smo preko više agencija, ali ovo je jedina prava koju nećemo menjati.
