Our description
Sikoudis Home is a new and quality accommodation which is on a walking distance from the center and main promenade of Limenas. The place is modernly furnished and it offers to its visitors everything what is needed for a vacation
Accommodation is located in Limenas, 900m from the beach and 300m from the city center. The closest shop is few meters from the accommodation, while the fast food restaurant is in its vicinity.
This apartment on the first floor (80m2) is perfect for up to six persons. It consists of three bedrooms and a dining room with kitchen. In the first bedroom there are a double bed and a big wardrobe. This room doesn't have access to the balcony, but it has a window. In the second bedroom there are also a double bed and a wardrobe, but this room has access to the balcony which overlooks the street and the object across the street.The third bedroom has two single beds. As in the previous two rooms, also in this one there is a wardrobe. The first two bedrooms have TV too, while the third TV is in the dining room.
Kitchen is completely equipped, it has stove, big fridge, microwave, coffee mixer, kettle and toaster. In the bathroom there are washing machine, hair dryer and iron. There is no a showe cabin, but a shower tray with curtain. Air conditioner is in the hall.
Guests are taking care of the hygiene by themselves, while the owners provide towels and bed linen which are replaced by guests when needed.
Accommodation doesn't have a private parking.
After getting off the ferry, follow the route to the right and drive for about 300m on the main road by the sea until the part where the narrow road leads straight to the hotel Vournelis and the homonymous beach, and continue on the main road and turn left. After about 150m you'll get to the first major intersection (with Dimitriadou street), turn left. After 600m you'll reach the Mironi Hotel, continue for 50m to the intersection, turn to the right and after 50m you'll see the accommodation on the left side of the street.
If you want a new accommodation, close to the center and all amenities which Limenas offers, Sikoudis Home can be an excellent choice.

Sikoudis Home is located about 700m away from the port in capital of Thassos - Limenas.
It consists of three bedrooms in one apartment that can accommodate up to six persons.
It is situated on the first floor and it has one TV that is in the living room, bathroom, kitchen with oven, WiFi internet, hairdryer, terrace.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Da li imate slobodan apartman za period 20.07-27.07.2019 za cetvero odraslih sa po jednim djetetom od 1 godinu i 4 godine. Samo da ima dvije spavace sobe odvojene i dnevni boravak

Poštovani, tražimo smeštaj za 2 odraslih i 4 dece (9,13,15 i 15 godina), u treminu od 8-20. jula na 10 noći, i to apartman za 6 osoba ili dva za 3 osobe. Da li je ovaj smeštaj slobodan u tom terminu?
