Our description
** Villa Katerina is a new and well-preserved facility, with hygiene at a high level. The accommodation has a beautiful and spacious yard. It has all the conditions for a real holiday because it offers comfort and peace, and is close to promenades, shops and beaches.**
The villa is located in Potos, at about 250m from the center and 350m from the beach. It's in a quiet part, 3-4 minutes from all the facilities that this town offers and it's one of the better accommodations in Potos.
There are eight studios on offer, of which two three-bed and one single-bed studios are located on the ground floor, and the other five are on the first floor (one four-bed, three two-bed and one three-bed).
All beds in the studios on the upper floor are single and can be joined together.
Two triple studios are located on the high ground floor in the backyard and they have a direct exit to a small courtyard with barbecue and toys. They're ideal for families with small children and families who want more intimacy, although all terraces are separated by walls so that every family in any studio has enough privacy. Both studios are the same, they have one double and a single bed and have been renovated. The one-bed studio has one double bed and is 15m2.
The quadruple studio is spacious, has three single beds and a folding sofa bed (for two children) for up to five people.
Each studio has an equipped kitchen, bathroom, very spacious terrace, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets (on windows and doors) and wireless internet. The kitchen is separated by a low partition wall. The studios are between 15 and 20m2, and furniture, kitchen elements and sanitary facilities are new and everything looks very nice. Cleaning is done every day and the replacement of bed linen and towels after 3-4 days.
The yard is spacious, with plenty of toys for children, greenery and shade, a mobile barbecue and plenty of space with tables and chairs.
The villa has only a few studios available, so there's never a crowd in and around the house, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the owners are unobtrusive and kind, the yard is very clean and decorated.
Private parking is available. Pets are welcome.
Arriving in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, turn into the first alley on the left after the Alexandra Beach hotel. After a 100m you will see parking on the right side of the street. You can enter the villa's yard from the parking lot.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
