Our description

Mandani Villa is a very nice, new, luxurious and modern accommodation. The accommodation units are equipped with new and high quality furniture. The yard is very nicely decorated and there is plenty of parking space in front of the property.

Mandani Villa is situated on the edge of Limenas, in a quiet street without much traffic, parallel with the main road (marked on maps as a road Thassos - Prinos).

Villa is about 450 meters away from Vurnelis beach (unpaved road from the villa right to the sea), from Tarsanas beach about 500 meters away (the main road in the direction of Prinos), from the new harbor about a kilometer away (road you took to the villa after disembarking from the ferry), and from the city center of Limenas about 1.5km away.

The accommodation has five apartments (47m2), one suite (33m2), and one semi-based studio (30m2). The entrance to the accommodation units is directly from the courtyard, across the stairs.

The apartments have a living room with two folding sofa beds, a club table, kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower tray and curtain, bedroom with one double bed (with iron frame), and a balcony. The furniture is modern and beautiful. The bathroom is higher class. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, toaster, electric kettle, all necessary dishes and utensils. There are two air conditioners, large LCD TV with satellite channels, safe box, hair dryer and wireless internet.

The studio is located in the semi-basement and consists of one double bed and bunk beds. The suite is located on the first floor, and it has one king size double bed and two sofa beds (one of them is folding sofa bed).

Accommodation units are very neat and clean. Cleaning is performed daily, while towels and bed linen are replaced after every two days.

The courtyard is not large, but it is decorated very nicely, with flowers, shaped bushes and outdoor sitting sets.

You can park your car in the street in front of the accommodation, but also on the unpaved road along the side of the villa.

When you get off the ferry, follow direction to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300 meters). When you get to the part where the narrow path leads to the hotel Vournelis and a beach with the same name, follow the main road and turn left. After about 150 meters you'll reach the first major intersection (with street Dimitriadou). Continue straight ahead (about 350 meters) until the next major intersection (with the main road Thassos - Prinos). Turn right in the narrow street parallel with the main road and after about 300 meters you’ll get to villa Mandani.

If you want quality accommodation near Limenas, so you could have peace but also an easy access to all the facilities offered by the capital of the island, Mandani Villa is an excellent choice. It's about ten-minute walk away from all the facilities in the city - promenade, shops and restaurants, while Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

We offer 5 new luxury apartments and 1 semi based studio that are fully equipped and carefully furnished to not only accommodate you during your holidays on Thassos but to surpass your expectations. Every apartment has 1 bedroom with elaborate furnishings and decor, a living room with large sofa and flat-screen TV, a bathroom with hair dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, toast machine, kettle, coffee maker, full dining table with chairs, and everything else you'll need to prepare breakfast in the morning and delicious meals for your loved ones. The apartments also have 2 air conditioners, free wifi, a safe, and central heating for our winter guests. From your private balcony you will be amazed by the breath-taking view of the green hills and mountains covered in pine, the sparkling blue sea and the beautiful olive groves that surround us.
