Luminous Luxury Apartments is a new complex with a swimming pool located in Limenas, just a few steps from the sandy beach of Tarsanas or a short walk to La Scala beach.
The modern and elegantly decorated accommodation units were built using marble from Thassos, and the interior in harmonious colors is equipped with modern amenities so that guests can experience the full atmosphere of a holiday in Greece.
A number of accommodation units are offered that are similarly decorated and designed to meet high standards, creating a pleasant atmosphere with views of the sea in the distance, the pool and the mountains.
This accommodation consists of six studios (26m2) that can accommodate three or four people (in the price list 3 Bed Studio and 4 Bed Studio). They are located on the first and second floors, have mountain views, and some also have distant sea views from the balcony. They are equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.
There are two quadruple studios with pool views. They are 30m2 in size and are located one below the other - one on the first floor and the other on the second. They contain two single beds that are pushed together (can be separated if necessary), as well as a sofa for one person with a pull-out drawer bed.
There is also a newly built standard double studio (18m2) with a view of the mountains. It has a double bed and is located on the first floor of the new building.
There are two double economy studios (18m2) located in the semi-basement and are located next to each other. They have a double bed, and differ from the other studios on the higher floors in that they do not have a balcony. In the semi-basement there is also a triple studio (24m2) with a double and a single bed, as well as a quadruple studio (30m2) with two double beds.
There is also a five-bed apartment (40m2) available, which has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen where there are two single sofas (under one of them there is a pull-out bed for a fifth person). It is located on the second floor of a new building and has a view of the mountains.
The accommodation units are equipped with modern amenities, including TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, mini bar, wardrobe, safe, desk with chair, as well as a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and organic toiletries.
Private parking is available to guests. The yard is fenced and offers a swimming pool surrounded by umbrellas and sun loungers.
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days.
