Description
Eleonas Apartment is a quality and new accommodation, surrounded by olive trees, located in a very quiet location, away from traffic and city noise. The owners are kind and try to be always available to their guests.
Accommodation is located in Limenas, 1.1 km from the beach Vournelis and 900 m from the large market, Masoutis.
There are three units in the offer - one apartment upstairs and two ground floor apartment.
It is an apartment with one separate bedroom located on the top floor (attic), 65m2. The bedroom has a double bed, exit to the terrace and a TV. In the spacious living room there are two sofas and one of them opens. In the living room there is a TV and air conditioning as well as access to a spacious terrace with table and chairs, from where you can see the sea. The kitchen is nicely equipped, so you can find a larger refrigerator, a stove with an oven, and even a dishwasher. In the living room there is also a dining table with chairs, so you can dine comfortably inside the unit. The bathroom has a shower, without curtains.
The apartments on the ground floor (35m2) consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. In the living room there is an equipped kitchen, and right in front of the entrance there is a seating area with a table and chairs. This unit can accommodate up to four people. You can also find a washing machine in the bathroom. From season 2025, these apartments won't be available for online reservations.
The guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, and they have a clean set of towels and bed linen at their disposal, which they can replace themselves if necessary.
Guests can park in front of the property, as there is usually enough space. A baby cot on request, free WiFi, a hairdryer and mosquito nets are available.
If you want quality accommodation in the capital, away from the noise of traffic and noise, which offers privacy, Eleonas Apartment can be a great choice.
Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
