Accommodation description

Alexia’s House is an accommodation in Limenas, with two separate bedrooms (42m2). In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second two single beds. It is located on the ground floor. Guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a terrace overlooking the street. It is 350m away from the sandy city beach. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every fourth day.

We had a wonderful time here. We were very pleased with the location. It is situated in the city center, in a quiet and peaceful area. Just around the corner is the promenade and access to the beach. The beach is closer than stated (it seems to us to be about 50-100m). The apartment is clean and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable. The owner, Stela, is very kind and accommodating. She surprised us one day with octopus pasta and the next day with pastries. We didn’t use the terrace much, as we were wandering around Thassos. Every evening, we strolled through the city.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
