Hotel Description
Alexia’s House is an accommodation in Limenas, with two separate bedrooms (42m2). In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second two single beds. It is located on the ground floor. Guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and a terrace overlooking the street. It is 350m away from the sandy city beach. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every fourth day.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
