Description
Leo Villa is an accommodation located in a great environment, on a large plot full of trees, where the youngest visitors can play safely. The cottage has everything you need for a peaceful vacation.
This villa is located not far from Limenas, in the area of Glikadi. The beach is about 150m away. The beach is small, with natural shade, sand on the shore, shallow, gradual depth and a combination of sand and gravel in the water.
It is a house (75m2) on the ground floor with two separate bedrooms, each with one double bed and one single bed. There is also a fireplace in the living room, which is connected to the kitchen. The kitchen is really well equipped, so you can find a bigger fridge, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a washing machine and a dining table.
The accommodation unit has air conditioning and TV, internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets and grill. Pets are welcome.
The balcony is really spacious and has a table and chairs, so you can spend time there and hang out in the shade, since the balcony is covered.
The yard is spacious, full of trees, so you feel like you are in a house in the woods.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the unit (they enter a clean accommodation), but it is possible to arrange professional cleaning with the owners, and in case of a longer stay, the owners would clean the unit for free for half of the stay. A clean set of towels and bed linen is at your disposal, which you change yourself.
If you want accommodation that is located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a large yard, Leo Villa can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
