Our description
Lina Studios is located in Potos, not far from the center and the beach but far enough from the traffic and crowd. Accommodation is very decent with nice garden and barbecue facilities.
Lina is 500 meters from the central intersection, along the road that leads to Theologos. The beach is 600 meters away.
Villa offers four studios on the first floor that can be double, triple and quadruple. Two studios are with one double and one single bed. The other two are with one double bed and two single beds.
All studios have kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and balcony. Some studios has sea and street view and some has garden and mountain view. Size of each studio is between 25 and 30m2.
Cleaning of rooms is every third day and also changing towels and sheets.
There is a nice garden with barbecue for guests and big table with chairs.
In front of villa, there is free parking space.
When arriving from the the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection in Potos, turn left next to the amusement park and drive towards the Theologos. After 500 meters you will see Lina from your left side.
If you want decent accommodation, 5,6 minutes walking to the beach, center, restaurants and bars, but again far enough from crowd, Lina can be right choice for you.

Owners description
Studios Lina are located in Potos.
We have lovedly arranged studios that are equipped with air condition and heating system, TV, toilet with shower and kitchen. Rooms have a large balconies, and some of them have a sea viewpoint.
Behind the house is a small garden with possibility for a barbecue. There is also a parking possibility behind the house.
Potos beach is located on a distance of a 5 minutes by foot. Personel is able to communicate in German, a little bit in English and Greek. We are open from May until September.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
