Hotel Description

Morfili Villa is nice accommodation in Limenaria. It offers comfort, family apartments for maximum 5 persons. Accommodation is a good base for going around the island. Potos is only 5 minutes of driving as many nice beaches around Limenaria.

From the central intersection in Limenaria, accommodation is 700m away while the first shop is 200m far. The closest beach is Metalia (about 600m) and city beach is 800m away.

Morfili is is two-storey hosue and has a stone facade. It was built in 2009 and consists of five family apartments, located on the high ground and the first floor. The apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen, a dining room and two single beds. The apartments are very spacious (about 40m2) and can accommodate up to five people with an extra bed.

All apartments are air conditioned, have a TV, equipped kitchen and wireless internet.

Replacement of bed linnen and towels, as well as cleaning, is done every three to four days.

In the small courtyard, there is a summer house where is located the fifth apartment. He has it’s own barbecue and lawn with sitting furniture. Second berbecue is available for the guests of other four units.

Beside the villa there is enough space for safe and free parking.

Pets are allowed, but it is necessary to notify the owner when booking the accommodation.

Upon arrival in Limenaria from the direction of Prinos, at the central crossroads continue straight ahead, uphill towards Potos. Before you reach the church (third street from the crossing) turn left and drive about 150m till the end of the road. Part of the road is not paved. The villa is on the right hand side.

If you want quality, comfortable and modernly arranged accommodation, well maintained and with large terraces, out of crowds and heavy traffic, Villa Morfili is certainly one of the best choices you can make in Limenaria. This villa is also a great base for visiting the island.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
