Hotel Description

This house,which is on the ground-floor, located in Limenas, is a four-bed studio and is intended for a family with two children. This studio has a double bed and two single beds. It has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets. Upon request, it is possible to rent a baby cot with no extra charge.

In the kitchen, there is a large oven with four hotplates, a kettle, and a standard refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. In the fenced yard there are deckchairs, a sofa and a lawn. A parking space is guaranteed. The guests of this accommodation also have a barbecue at their disposal. Towels and bed linen are changed every fourth day, along with cleaning. It is possible to use the swimming pool in the villa Edem in Limenas (600m from Green house Villa), which belongs to the same owner.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
