Owners description
City Chic Studios is located in Limenas on Thassos and consists of two studios for two adults and one child each. Cozy Studio is located on the first floor, while Glamorous is on the second floor.
The studios are air-conditioned, they have free Wi-Fi access, and mosquito nets. TV, hair dryer, and a baby cot are also available.
The Glamorous Studio has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, large fridge with a freezer, as well as a cooker and microwave, while the Cozy Studio has a smaller fridge and a coffee maker.
In the bathroom, the Cozy Studio has a shower and the Glamorous Studio has a bathtub.
Also, the Glamorous Studio has a balcony with a view of the street and the mountain.
The accommodation offers free private parking, and the nearest sandy beach is about 700m from the studio. Cleaning, as well as changing bed linen and towels, is done every five days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
