Laskarina Apartments is a traditional stone house built in 1980 and recently renovated. Situated in Limenas, it lies just 650 meters from the beach, close to the old port and within easy reach of the archaeological site and museum. A supermarket and bakery are also nearby, within walking distance.

The property offers two accommodation options: a ground-floor studio and a first-floor apartment.

The studio is suitable for two adults and one child, featuring a double bed and a sofa.

Both units are air-conditioned and come with a TV, internet and a hairdryer. The studio includes a standard fridge and two hotplates, while the apartment features a larger refrigerator and four hotplates. A coffee maker and kettle are provided in both.

Guests can enjoy the shared courtyard, equipped with a table and chairs. The apartment also offers a private balcony.

Private parking is available across the street. Please note that pets are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Clean towels and bed linen are provided every four days for guests to change themselves.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
