Hotel Description

Sparti Apartment is located in the very center of Limenas, 700m from the city beach. Right in front of the apartment, there is a restaurant, and in the immediate vicinity, there are numerous bakeries, shops, and bars.

This new apartment (36m2), situated on the first floor, features a living room with two sofa beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, and a balcony with a sea view. It can accommodate up to five people.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, hairdryer, large fridge, stove with oven, and kettle. A baby crib is available upon request.

Parking is located 30m behind the building and is free of charge.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee. Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done once a week.

If you are looking for accommodation in the heart of the city and close to all amenities, Sparti Apartment would be an impeccable choice. Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
