Accommodation description

Eleni villa is the most affordable accommodation in Pefkari. It is building with very nice and spacious garden, nice owners, private parking and very good comments. Beach is only few minutes walk while Potos is also very close and you can also reach it by foot (around 10 minutes).

Eleni is 400 meters from Pefkari beach.

It was built in 2013. It’s a two-storey house located on the left side of the highway, between Pefkari and Potos.

There are a total of five accommodation units on offer, namely four studios and one apartment.

Three studios can accommodate up to four people, while studio number 4 is a triple. One quadruple studio (studio number 1) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed, one single bed and an extra bed. Two quadruple studios on the first floor have one double bed and one single bed, while the fourth bed in studio number 2 is a smaller single bed, and in studio number 3 a single bed. Studio number 4 is also located on the first floor and is intended for families of three and has one double bed and a single bed. The studios are 23m2 in size and all have French beds that are narrower than standard.

Each studio has a kitchen and a refrigerator with small freezer. Furniture in the villa is new. The studios also feature A/C, TV and a wardrobe. Balconies have an awning so you can enjoy the shadow as you please. Each studio has a private balcony with a sitting set and large dining table. The ground floor studio has the largest balcony.

There’s a quadruple apartment (40m2) in semi-basement. It has smaller windows and it consist of a comfortable bedroom with one double and two single beds, a dining room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. If necessary, the fifth, additional bed can be added into a dining room. The kitchen is well equipped and connected with a dining room that has a table with chairs. Only this apartment has a big fridge. This apartment is the most comfortable accommodation unit in the villa and features a table and chairs in front of its entrance.

The hair dryer is available upon request.

Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after three-four days.

The villa is surrounded with greenery, it has a huge private parking, big yard with gas barbecue and toys for children.

Due to the villa’s convenient location near the main road, some traffic noise can be heard while sitting on the balconies during peak hours. However, the rooms are fully soundproofed once the balcony doors are closed, ensuring a quiet sleep.

Arriving from Limenaria, the villa is 300m after the main turning towards Pefkari, or for an easier orientation, across the Thassos Hotel. Thassos Hotel is on the right side, Eleni vila is on the left side.

Eleni Vila has great location becauce Pefkari beach is at a 5-minute walking distance from the house via shortcut, while Potos is at 7-8 minutes on foot from the villa. Big supermarket Masoutis is just next to the villa.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 18 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
