An excellent accommodation, the beach below is not sandy, yet it is nearby. Additionally, Potos is in close proximity, making that beach accessible for those who wish to walk. Alongside the accommodation, private parking, an outdoor shower, and a garden for children are available.

The owners are exceptionally kind, and the accommodation is very clean. The only and biggest complaint is that it is located next to the main road, which causes an unbearable noise from passing cars. Even through closed doors and windows, the noise can be heard both at night and during the day. Everything else is fine.

We spent a total of 15 nights in this villa, 10 nights in studio number 4 and 5 nights in the basement studio. The first thing I would like to highlight is the cleanliness! The towels and linens were impeccable, and the accommodation was also very tidy. The courtyard is beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained, to the extent that our children ran around barefoot. Additionally, the courtyard is fenced and has facilities for children. The water pressure was excellent, which is often not the case in Greece. A downside would be that the accommodation is located by the main road, and there is considerable noise from vehicles at night, especially in studio number 4 since the terrace faces the street; in the basement, that noise was barely noticeable. Furthermore, studio number 4 is quite small; there were three of us, so it was stretched out with a supplementary bed, leaving very little space in the studio.

I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Eleni. Given that the accommodation is the most affordable, we did not have high expectations. We were accommodated in the largest apartment, 4+1, which faces north, so we did not experience any noise from the main road; it was truly peaceful and quiet. Since it is on the northern side, we did not even turn on the air conditioning. The owners are exceptional people, always available if anything is needed, and they keep the apartments and yard clean and tidy. Parking is included with the villa, so you always have a secure spot, mostly shaded during the day. The largest supermarket, Masutis, is right next to the villa, which is a huge advantage; everything is within reach, and they even offer cooked meals. It takes a leisurely 10-minute walk to reach Potos, and the beach is just 5 minutes away, although we only used it on the first day. All in all, I cannot find a flaw in this accommodation, and I have stayed at several locations in Greece. Everything deserves a perfect score of 10. Thank you to the owner, Andronikos, and I hope we will meet again on another occasion.

We stayed in the villa in 2022. I have no complaints whatsoever. The accommodation was exceptionally clean (which is very important to me because of the children). The owners were available for everything we needed. The yard was impeccably maintained, with facilities for children. Right next to the accommodation is a large market that offers absolutely everything, including ready-made meals (which is a significant advantage as you don’t have to chase after lunch in the scorching heat). The location is perfect for exploring the island.

The noise from the highway at night was exceptional. The room was small; instead of three beds, there were four, making it difficult for us to pass by each other. The apartment was poorly equipped, lacking even a trash bin. The beds creaked with every movement, and the child's bed had a dip in the middle, causing the springs to be felt. The only positive aspect was that the towels and bed linens were impeccable.

The accommodation "Eleni Vila" provided us with exactly what we desired - an excellent location for exploring the island. Thanks to the tremendous assistance from Nikana, who suggested several possible vacation homes based on our wishes and needs, we chose this place and we did not regret it. "Eleni Vila" is precisely what we expected; it is very tidy, a spacious basement with a large yard for children. It is very close to a pebbly beach, just a few minutes' walk, accessible through a pine forest located across from the accommodation. One of the main advantages of this accommodation is its proximity to the Masutis supermarket, where you can find everything necessary for a family on vacation. The accommodation is situated on the main road, making it easy to enter traffic and embark on your island explorations. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Nikana for her professionalism, precision, and prompt responses. Additionally, thank you for answering every single question so swiftly. I stayed with my family at Villa Eleni in Pefkari in June 2020. Regarding the accommodation, I can say the following: I have never encountered a cleaner place throughout all my years of vacationing. Cleanliness encompasses both the room and the courtyard, which the hostess diligently and tirelessly cleans every morning before anyone else wakes up. There is also a charming little courtyard where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with your husband while your child swings on the swing. The hosts are fair, unobtrusive, and kind, and the fact that they reside in the same villa means you can freely leave your room at any time without worrying about your belongings. These are the advantages in our view, while the drawbacks are as follows: there is quite a bit of noise from the street since all the rooms face the road. The noise is present both day and night, and it is further amplified by the proximity of the market, where people often stop by and then pass by the villa in their cars. Another downside is the small size of the rooms. This latter issue can be overlooked, but the noise significantly detracts from the overall impression of the villa. We realized that we truly need peace and quiet on our vacation, and this noise from the cars is quite inconvenient. For us, this was a wonderful vacation. We absolutely loved Thassos and can hardly wait to return. Thank you, Nikana, and the hosts of Villa Eleni for a pleasant stay.

This is already our second summer spent at Villa Elena, which clearly shows that we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation and service during our first visit. I won’t elaborate further; all praises go to the accommodation, as well as to the host who was always accommodating. If we decide to travel to Thassos again, this will be our first choice for accommodation.

We stayed from August 30th to September 14th. Everything was as presented on the website. I have little to add to the already posted comments. Yes, it is noisy, as the accommodation is located right next to the main road, but it is a matter of getting used to it. The bedding and towels were changed three times during our stay. Excellent cooperation with Nikana, I am extremely satisfied.

All praise for Villa Eleni and its owner. The villa is exceptionally tidy, the furniture is new, and the bathroom and kitchen are well-maintained and in excellent condition. Towels were included, as well as bed linen, and everything is clean and almost brand new. Complete kitchenware is provided. Nothing was lacking at all. Masutis is located just 20 meters from the villa on the same side. The only drawback might be the proximity to the main road and the considerable noise that occasionally comes from it, especially since vehicles tend to speed by. However, the yard is completely fenced, safe, and filled with greenery that is carefully maintained, making it ideal for small children. Everything looks just like in the pictures. The children have play equipment available. The parking space is adequately sized for all vehicles.... The beach is nearby, approximately a 5-minute walk, and you pass through a path that runs alongside the Pefkari campsite. Now, it’s a matter of taste; the beach in this area has large stones and rocky slabs in the water, while the sand outside is fine, so some may not prefer it, while others find it wonderful. The water, like everywhere in Thassos, is always clean and free of algae on the surface.... Overall, regarding Villa Eleni and the organization Nikana.gr, all praises. Keep up the good work!

I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. When we arrived, we found a fairly clean apartment by Greek standards. Everything was great. The location is quite good. Potos is a five-minute walk away, while the beach in Pefkari is just two minutes away. The beach is pebbly but very clean, and the water is warm. Right next to the villa is the Masutis market, which is large and well-equipped with great prices. The owners are fair, as if they weren’t even there; there are no complaints or issues. The only complaint I might have, if it can be called that, is that the rooms are not cleaned. Towels and bed linens are changed after five days, but there is no vacuuming or scrubbing; everything is done by oneself. However, it was not a burden for us :) Essentially, if I were to go to Thassos again, I would definitely consider this accommodation once more.

We stayed in a spacious apartment in the basement. A lovely and decent accommodation, with a yard perfect for relaxation, and it is evident that every detail has been meticulously taken care of. I would like to highlight that the owner of the accommodation was very accommodating when we needed assistance with a minor car issue. The only thing that marred our impression was some enormous, dreadful spiders that had evidently found their way in and were freely roaming about.

The apartment is as described: clean, tidy, and everything is in its place. The price/quality ratio is quite satisfactory. Everything stated in the apartment description holds true. It is likely that the apartments located in the "basement" are better in terms of temperature and less noise from the highway. We met a family that has been coming here for four years, so I doubt they would return for four consecutive years if they were suffering :) Pros: parking, a yard for kids, cleanliness, the friendliness of the hosts, location (close to a market, the beach is also relatively nearby)... Cons: noise from the highway (in the middle of the night, they "test" the performance of engines/cars/vans, since that is the direction in that part where the apartment is located), which can be extremely loud and wake you up frequently; the mattresses on the beds are also a bit firmer (there are probably those who like that, but it bothered us), weaker wi-fi.

We stayed at this accommodation from June 22 to July 3, 2019. Our experience was excellent; the rooms were clean, and towels and bed linens were changed every five days, as stated on the website. The hosts were very friendly. The children enjoyed playing in the yard. Next to the accommodation, there is a well-equipped Masutis with very reasonable prices. All in all, a perfect ten.

Everything appears just as depicted in the photos accompanying the accommodation description. Adjacent to the accommodation, there is a large market that offers slightly lower prices than others. All of this is more than enough to warrant a five-star rating and to recommend this accommodation to others.

A beautiful and pristine villa with a splendid garden that is meticulously maintained and serves as a paradise for families with young children. The villa also features its own parking. It is located about 1 km from Potos and the city beaches in Pefkari are just 200-300 meters away. Most of the furnishings are new, everything is clean, and towels are changed every 5 days. The owners are very kind people. The owner does not speak a word of English or Serbian, so for communication, you will have to wait for her husband to be present, who speaks English. Masutis is located right next to the villa and is well-stocked. The accommodation has some drawbacks, which are bearable, but should be mentioned so that people know what to expect. I noticed that everyone mainly pointed out the noise from the main road, which did not bother us; you get used to it after 2 days. The only thing that was very poor was the mattress on one of the single beds (we rented a 4-bed studio). The mattress was full of lumps, making it impossible to sleep on, and guests from other rooms also complained about the comfort of the beds, so that is something that should be addressed. The 4-bed studio was too small for us, despite the fact that we were with two small children; four adults should not even consider renting it. Those who enjoy cooking in the accommodation will be deprived of an oven, a large knife, a cutting board, and similar items... We found it more than satisfactory and would gladly return to the same accommodation when we decide to visit Thassos again.

We stayed in a three-bed studio located on the ground floor, overlooking the street, from July 28 to August 10, 2018. The studio is very spacious, featuring one double bed and one single bed, both of which are extremely comfortable for sleeping. Next to the beds, there is a small dresser and a narrow wardrobe that can accommodate all our clothing. The kitchen is adequately sized, even larger than what is typical for a studio, and contains all the necessary utensils and cutlery. The bathroom is also well-maintained, equipped with a sink, mirror, shelf, toilet, and a shower with a curtain. Our towels and bed linens were changed once during our stay (12 nights), which I find quite satisfactory! Since the studio accommodates three people, we received three small and three large towels, all in excellent condition. The hosts were cultured, measured, polite, and above all, unobtrusive; Mrs. Eleni and Mr. Jani were always at our service! Regarding the location, it was perfect for us, as the noise from the main road, which many mention, did not bother us at all, even though we faced it. We are used to noise at home, as we live on a busy street, so it was not a problem for us. A significant advantage is that cars can be parked in the villa's courtyard, eliminating congestion and pushing for parking! One night, the windows of our car were left down all night, but since it was in the courtyard, everything was in its place by morning! The same was true for the items we left overnight on the terrace. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of planted trees and flowers, the grass is trimmed, watered every evening, and it is fully illuminated, plus there is a children's park with seesaws, swings, a slide, as well as a summer shower and faucet. When you exit the courtyard, it takes about 5 minutes of walking to reach the main street in Potos, and if you head right, it takes about the same time to reach Limenaria by car. On the right side of the villa, facing the main road, a new two-level Masutis opened this year, which thrilled us, as there was no need to cram the fridge as before; instead, you can simply wake up in the morning and buy everything you need. The location is excellent as a starting point for visiting numerous beaches, many of which are literally just a few kilometers from the villa! We mostly spent time at Metalia, Psili Amos, Astris, and Tripiti, but in 12 days, we visited around 15 beaches, including the Golden and the famous Marble beach, which didn’t particularly fascinate us. All in all, ALL PRAISES, both for Nikani and for the owners of Eleni Villa; we had an EXCELLENT time, and thus the rating!

We vacationed on Thassos for the first time and chose this accommodation through Nikana. Essentially, we received what we expected from it. There are a few minor details that could be improved, but alas, we did not come here to live, but to enjoy ourselves for a while. First, I would like to commend the cleanliness of the apartment, which is at an excellent level. The hosts regularly maintain the villa and the yard, towels and bed linens were changed every five days as agreed. The interior of the apartment is perfectly clean, and the noise that many complain about did not bother me, as we were exhausted and would fall asleep as soon as we touched the pillow. The internet is excellent. The proximity to Potos was convenient; with two children aged 8 and 5, we had no trouble going for walks. The nearby Masutis store made our daily grocery shopping for fresh fruits and vegetables much easier. What I did not like was the water pressure in our apartment; I don’t know how it is in others, but the water started cold and then, for some reason, would suddenly turn hot while showering, which was extremely bothersome when I was bathing the kids. A few additional items in the kitchen could be helpful, such as a larger bread knife and a bigger plastic container, as I am sure these are not expensive and do not require excessive investment, but would greatly ease the guests’ tasks... cutting watermelon with a small knife is a disaster. They could also consider adding a wall closet in the room, as the existing one is quite small. These are merely suggestions, not criticisms, as everything else was excellent. These are small things that matter to us, and the hosts may not even realize would be beneficial. We were on the ground floor, and the terrace is huge. I would definitely return there, which is undoubtedly a good sign.

Excellent accommodation, clean and tidy, situated in a prime location. Right next door is the newly opened large supermarket Masutis, spanning two floors, where you can purchase freshly prepared food from traditional Greek cuisine, salads, pasta, roasted chicken... truly a variety at affordable prices. The supermarket also offers lower prices on other goods. Notos, Rosos, Gremos, Psili Amos, and Metalija are all nearby, as well as the beautiful St. Ana cove located close to the Isidora accommodation; just pass Notos and continue a few kilometers towards Psili Amos. And if, God forbid, you need a doctor, there is a public health center nearby where, with your passport, the consultation costs you nothing. You do not need health insurance.

The accommodation is perfect, clean, and new. There are no crowds, and parking is provided in the courtyard. A minor issue is the morning noise from some motorcycles on the main road, so those who enjoy sleeping will need to close the terrace doors. The internet connection is also quite poor in the upstairs apartment. Perhaps the router is the problem, as the connection frequently drops. All in all, it is an ideal place for a vacation. The center of Potos is literally a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.

Cars can be parked in the shaded yard. The most beautiful beaches are also very close, just a 5-6 minute drive away. You can easily walk to Potos, as it is only 4-5 minutes away on foot from the accommodation. We would definitely return there.

Although we were initially skeptical about the basement location, it turned out our doubts were unfounded. The apartment is spacious, divided into a sleeping area and a kitchen area, separated by a tent that can be raised or lowered as needed. Being in the basement, it was always pleasantly cool, eliminating the need for air conditioning. Everything was tidy, clean, and the furniture was new. Morning coffee could be enjoyed in the relaxing atmosphere of the courtyard, overlooking the well-maintained garden and distant hills. The owners, Ms. Eleni and Mr. Jani, left a lasting impression with their kindness and approachability, especially in situations where we needed to resolve minor "incidents" we inadvertently caused (locking ourselves out with the key in the lock from the inside, damaging the bathroom grate). We send them our warmest regards and hope to see them again!

We vacationed from August 13 to 26, 2013, my wife, our pet dog Beti, and I. The accommodation was top-notch; everything was new, clean, and functional. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The beach was within easy reach, and Potos was just a few minutes' walk away. The advantage of Villa Pefkari is that it is not located in an urban area but rather in nature, making the summer heat more bearable with a constant breeze. Although the villa is next to the main road, the only drawback is the noise from the cars; however, if you close the balcony doors, it is not noisy. All in all, it was lovely, comfortable, and clean. There was a complaint regarding the service in the restaurants, particularly in Pefkari. Nevertheless, given how enjoyable our stay was, we will not let that tarnish our overall impression.
