Our description
Villa Maria is one of the most wanted accommodations in Potos. It has a good location, nice yard, a pool, and pleasant owners. The amenities that this place has to offer are few steps away from the villa.
The accommodation is a part of Lotos Studio, but it is a bit older. The owners are the same so the guests of villa Maria can use the pool of the villa next to it.
The accommodation is located 200m from the city beach, in the center of Potos.
The villa consists of five units - one apartment (for maximum 5 people), two triple studios and two triple rooms without kitchen and they are all located on the first floor.
The apartment (24m2) consists of two rooms. In one of them there are two single beds and in the other, there's a double bed and kitchen. It's located on the first floor and has views towards the surrounding houses.
The studios (22m2) are triple, with one double and single bed, they have a kitchen, and they're located on the first floor.
The rooms (19m2) have one double and single bed but have no kitchen (only fridge), and they're also located on the first floor.
All units have a private bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, TV, WiFi and classic wooden furniture, and, if necessary, you can get a baby cot.
Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every five days, or more precisely in the middle of the stay. Cleaning is provided every day.
In front of the house, there's a small courtyard with barbecue, tables and chairs.
The villa does not have a private parking, but you can park along the street, or on public parking (2e per day).
Arriving from Limenaria, turn left at the central crossroad towards Theologos. After 100 meters you will see the villas Lotos and Maria on the right side of the main road.
The location is great because all the facilities offered by Potos are nearby. The nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away, and the central crossroad, amusement park, promenade, souvenir shops and restaurants are 100m away from the villa.
If you want a static holiday without too much use of the car, Villa Maria can be a great choice, because everything you need during the summer, including the beach, is available at 2-3 minutes walk. Otherwise, it is known that Potos is excellent as a base for touring the island, as in its surrounding area there are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Welcome to Thassos the northest and one of the greenest islands of the Aegean Sea. It is the only that combines sea and lovely pine trees next to the sea-shore. Villa Maria is a family business and it is located in the center of the village Potos, 200m from the nearest shore. From Villa Maria Maria you can access many interesting places of Thassos. If you want an enjoyable swim you should find the St.Antonio beach. It's 5 minutes from the hotel if you go on foot. There you can relax and enjoy the hot sun and the cool sea breeze. As for your entertainment, there are many taverns and restaurants where you can taste delightful local specials.
Only by walking a few minutes you can find the beach of Potos, very vibrant place, especially by night. You can sit in a bar for a drink along the road, or listen to live music in one of the local clubs. If your aim is to spend holiday in a peaceful place with direct and true personal contact, then you're in the right place. Our family will be glad to accommodate you.
Our small hotel is located in Potos of Thassos, nd is open from April to October. Villa Maria is at the center of Potos and near the beach of St.Antonio. It has 2 studios for 3 persons, 1 apartment for 4 persons and two separate rooms for 3 persons each. The rooms are decorated with fine taste ,are spacious and fully equipped for your relaxing and pleasant stay in Thassos. We provide excellent service in a hospitable and relaxing atmosphere for enjoyable and memorable holidays in Thassos.
All the guest rooms have: kitchen (not for the small rooms), refrigerator, bathroom, balcony with nice view, television, air conditioning, boiler.
It is also worth mentioning that the central parking space of the village is 30m from our small hotel. If your goal is to make your vacations in a calm, serene environment where personal contact is direct and true, then you`re in the right place. Villa Maria is located in Potos Thassos. The hotel is in the center of Potos and it only 150m away from the beach of the village St. Antonios. It is also very close to the central parking space of the village, to restaurants, super markets and a bus stop. The distances from most locations of Thassos are relatively small and so you can go to a variety of places in no time, like museums, historical sights and other locations that are famous for their wonderful view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Generalno gledano u odnosu na cenu boravka, mi smo izuzetno zadovoljni. Smeštaj je sasvim korektan. Gazde vile Maria su izuzetno prijatni i korektni. Ko želi mir i odmor, za njega je ovo pravo mesto. Čistoća smeštaja je odlična (čišćenje i zamena posteljine na svaka tri dana). Pozicija same vile je na idealnom mestu, blizu centra i plaže a opet sklonjena od gužve i buke. Mogućnost korišćenja bazena u dvorištu vile je prava stvar. Svaki momenat proveden u ovom smeštaju je odisao osećajem bezbednosti. Na kraju treba pomenuti da vila poseduje i svoj parking za goste koji je obezbeđen. Sve u svemu topla preporuka svima onima koji žele korektan smeštaj za još korektniju cenu.

Divni i ljubazni vlasnici, apartman je kao na slikama, jos i lepsi uzivo, jako je cisto, peskire menjaju na 2 dana, ima sve potrebne elemente apartman i izuzetno su povoljni. Sve preporuke i nadam se da cemo opet letovati ovde.
