Hotel Description

Villa Maria is one of the most wanted accommodations in Potos. It has a good location, nice yard, a pool, and pleasant owners. The amenities that this place has to offer are few steps away from the villa.

The accommodation is a part of Lotos Studio, but it is a bit older. The owners are the same so the guests of villa Maria can use the pool of the villa next to it.

The accommodation is located 200m from the city beach, in the center of Potos.

The villa consists of five units - one apartment (for maximum 5 people), two triple studios, one triple room and one double room without kitchen and they are all located on the first floor.

The apartment (24m2) consists of two rooms. In one of them there are two single beds and in the other, there’s a double bed and kitchen. It’s located on the first floor and has views towards the surrounding houses.

The studios (22m2) are triple, with one double and single bed, they have a kitchen, and they’re located on the first floor.

The rooms (19m2) have no kitchen (only fridge) and they’re also located on the first floor. The triple room has one double and single bed whole the double room has one double bed.

All units have a private bathroom, balcony, air conditioning, TV, WiFi and classic wooden furniture, and, if necessary, you can get a baby cot.

Replacement of bed linen and towels is done every five days, or more precisely in the middle of the stay. Cleaning is provided every day.

In front of the house, there’s a small courtyard with barbecue, tables and chairs.

The villa does not have a private parking, but you can park along the street, or on public parking (2e per day).

Arriving from Limenaria, turn left at the central crossroad towards Theologos. After 100 meters you will see the villas Lotos and Maria on the right side of the main road.

The location is great because all the facilities offered by Potos are nearby. The nearest supermarket is about 50 meters away, and the central crossroad, amusement park, promenade, souvenir shops and restaurants are 100m away from the villa.

If you want a static holiday without too much use of the car, Villa Maria can be a great choice, because everything you need during the summer, including the beach, is available at 2-3 minutes walk. Otherwise, it is known that Potos is excellent as a base for touring the island, as in its surrounding area there are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The villa boasts a lovely courtyard, the rooms are clean, and the hosts are friendly; however, the issue lies in the fact that the studios are too small for more than one person.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
