Our description
Dora Villa is located in the center of Potos. Inside the decent courtyard there are few buildings with accommodation units and parking space (which is a special convenience when the center of Potos is concerned). The owners are very nice and hygiene is on very high level.
Dora Villa is basically in the center and it is about 200m from the city beach.
Dora offers six renovated studios (one double, four triple and one quadruple) and four renovated apartments (two five-bed and two six-bed). There are also two six-bed non-renovated (with old wooden furniture and one bathroom) apartments.
The studios and apartments are located on the high ground and first floor.
Double studio (18m2) has one double bed and is located on the first floor. Two triple studios (20m2) are located on the first floor and have one double and single bed. The other two triple studios have a view of the yard, one double and single bed, and since they have a larger living area (25m2), additional bed can be inserted if needed. The quadruple studio (22m2) is located on the high ground floor and has one standard size double bed and one narrower than the standard double bed.
Quadruple apartment (45m2) is duplex, has two bedrooms, but they’re connected with a passage one to the other, so it’s more suitable for the family. In the first bedroom there’s one double bed, and in the other there are two single beds. In the living room there’s a sofa, while the kitchen is in a separate room. This apartment is on the first floor, has a view of the yard and two terraces.
Five-bed apartment (50m2) has a bedroom with one double and single bed, while in the other room there’s a kitchen, two single beds and a couch. It’s located on the high ground floor, has a street view and it’s suitable for the family.
Two renovated six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the first floor and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have one double and single bed, a bathroom, air conditioning, TV and exit to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room and is fully equipped.
Two non-renovated six-bed duplex apartments (50m2) are located on the first floor and have two bedrooms, two terraces and one bathroom. Both bedrooms have one double bed narrower than the standard and one single bed, as well as the exit to the terrace. The kitchen is in a separate room. Furniture is older, classic wooden.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, terraces, a bathroom and a kitchen. All (except for two six-bed duplex apartments) are renovated and have modern furniture. All renovated studios and apartments have mosquito nets on the terrace doors. Wireless internet is available in all units, on the terraces, in the courtyard etc.
Replacement of bed linen, towels and cleaning is done every three days.
Yard is spacious and mostly concrete and it has barbecue.
Villa has 10 parking spaces for 12 studios and apartments, and in the same street there’s a free public parking.
Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, at the very entrance of Potos after Alexandra Beach hotel, you’ll see the street that goes off half-right from the main road. Turn and about 150m and you ll see Dora Villa on the left side of the road. Tattoo studio is to the left of the gate and the clothes store is to the right.
Dora Villa is a great choice for all of you who want to be in the center of Potos, a few steps away from all the necessary amenities and the city beach, yet at the same time isolated from the noise, within the spacious courtyard. It has almost perfect location in Potos close to the promenade, yet with good prices.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Zdravo. Dali ima slobodan smestaj na Tasosu ili Stavros i okolina za 15.8. ili dan, dva posle na 10 dana za dvoje odraslih i decu od 13 i 7 god. Hvala unapred.
