Like in previous years, we chose Villa Dora again this year, and we would gladly return there. It boasts a flawless location, being close to the promenade and the beach... During our 12-day stay, they changed our bed linens three times and towels every two days. The hosts are exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist, and the housekeeper is phenomenal, performing her duties excellently...

The villa is located in the heart of the city, where it is exceedingly noisy and busy. There is no parking available, as there are always more cars than spaces, which takes away your freedom to leave whenever you wish. You have to negotiate and ask other guests to move their vehicles. The apartment, as they say, has been renovated, but we did not notice any improvements. The table on the terrace is old and crooked, the air conditioning is ineffective, and the chairs are worn out and torn in several places. The mosquito net makes a lot of noise when moved, waking everyone around you if you step out onto the terrace at night. The terrace is small, narrow, and positioned so that you are exposed to everyone, leaving you with no privacy at all. There is a general lack of privacy in this accommodation, as everyone can see into each other's apartments, so you must be very careful about what you do. The cleaner enters your room every day - I see no reason for this; she knocked a few times while we hadn't even gotten up. Cleaning of the yard starts at seven o'clock (our time), so if you enjoy sleeping, forget it. The water pump is very loud and will wake you up nicely at night... It also tends to break down frequently. The air conditioning, aside from shaking violently, does not cool, and the remote is set to a specific temperature and all other settings, and you are asked not to touch anything except to turn it on... at 40 degrees. It leaked onto the wardrobe in the room, so we had to take everything out. The bathroom is extremely small; you can barely turn around in it. The internet connection is very weak, incredibly slow, and feels almost nonexistent. Public parking nearby is always full, rendering it useless. You cannot expect everything to be perfect. We have been to Potos several times, but this accommodation truly disappointed me.

The accommodation is excellent, situated in a prime location, with a low price and good quality. There is parking available in the yard, although it is somewhat limited and cannot accommodate all vehicles. However, considering that I have not seen any villa in this part of Potos, below the main road, with its own parking, this is a significant advantage. The bedding was used three times during our 11-day stay. The only downside is the internet, which is practically nonexistent. The accommodation is located on a busy street, yet it remains remarkably calm and quiet.

The hosts are exceptionally kind and accommodating, deserving of every praise.

Dora Vila is an excellent choice; the apartment is spacious, and everything is neat and clean. The owners pay attention to hygiene, changing the bedding and cleaning the apartment multiple times during the stay. The location is good, and parking for the car is available.

We stayed in a renovated 1/6 apartment. It was clean and comfortable, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two terraces. Everything matched the description. The linen and towels were changed every three days. The courtyard offered ample seating space as well as parking, which was of great importance to us. The villa is just three minutes from the beach and half a minute from the bakery and supermarket. The owner is exceptionally pleasant and hospitable, as is the woman who cleans, and you can reach out to her for anything you need. The only downside is the weak internet connection.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the location; everything is nearby – the promenade, the beach, markets, bakeries, it’s all within reach. We stayed from July 12th to 22nd in a renovated 1/6 apartment, and I must commend the accommodation and the hosts. The value for money is exceptional. The apartment is regularly cleaned, towels are changed every three days, and the courtyard is lovely with a shared seating area. The internet is weak, but I believe this is not a disadvantage, rather an advantage. 😊

We had a wonderful time in Potos. The accommodation at Villa Dori was fantastic, conveniently located near the beach, with friendly hosts and hygiene at an admirable level. The rooms are air-conditioned and quite comfortable. The courtyard is lovely and pleasant, providing shade.

We stayed in early July in five-bed apartments (two families, apartments 3 and 4) and we are very satisfied. The location is excellent, close to the beach, bakery, market, and other amenities, yet shielded from nightclubs and bars, so there is no noise or loud music in the evening. Parking is provided. The apartments are clean, comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows (apartment no. 3 has 2 air conditioners and a fan in the hallway, apartment no. 4 has two air conditioners in both rooms). The beds are comfortable for sleeping, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The owners are kind and unobtrusive. As mentioned earlier, the only downside is the poor internet, which is practically unusable. All in all, we had a wonderful time, we are satisfied with the price-quality ratio, and if we come back to Potos, our choice will surely be Villa Dora again.

From September 1 to September 10, 2022, we stayed at Villa Dora. The accommodation is conveniently located near all possible attractions in Potos, close to the city beach, markets, cafes, and more. There is ample parking available. Chris is an outstanding owner; he was always ready to assist. Mrs. Vaso, who cleaned the accommodation, changed the linens every three days, vacuumed, and tidied up the apartment.

It is easy to reach the city and the beach, and also convenient to drive around the island. We stayed in apartment 3, which is spacious and comfortable. We were welcomed by a friendly host who speaks excellent English; unfortunately, Serbian is unfamiliar to him. The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, with the beach and promenade just nearby. In this street, you will find a bakery, restaurants, and a market. The accommodation is quite decent for its price. We are delighted by the cleanliness of the place itself. Of course, there are drawbacks, notably the internet, which is far too weak and can be considered unusable for most of the day. If you need internet access, you will have to purchase your own.

We were accommodated in apartment number 3, which is very spacious. We are extremely satisfied with the service, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. The owners are wonderful. Maša, the woman responsible for cleanliness, changes towels, bed linens, and cleans the apartment every three days. She is from Bulgaria, so communication is easy. Parking is right in the courtyard, which is very important.

This year, I stayed in a double studio. Regarding the accommodation, the cleanliness is at a commendable level. The bedding and other essentials are changed every three days. The landlord is very kind. These are the positive aspects. Parking is a bit tight. The worst part is the Wi-Fi (rated below zero).

We are extremely satisfied! The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, the location is superb (it's easy to get onto the main road, allowing quick access to nearby beaches), the apartment is impeccably maintained, and the staff, including the friendly maids and the owner Christos, is always there to assist. There is a slight issue with water pressure in one room (which can be a problem when three people are staying) and the mosquito net in that room is not very functional (there are quite a few mosquitoes otherwise). The kitchen and terraces are lovely, the apartment is comfortable, parking is secured in the courtyard and even provides some shade. We will be coming back, thank you for your hospitality.

We were accommodated in a six-bed apartment No. 16. In the accommodation, we felt at home. The bedding was changed once during our stay, but the apartment was clean and towels were changed every day. The apartment has two terraces on opposite sides, so one is always in the shade. Each of the two rooms has its own bathroom and access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. The only downside is that the refrigerator is a bit older, but it is large and works well. We hardly saw the owners of the villa, except when we needed something. Very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, a problem for us was that most guests arrived by their own transportation, so it was not possible to park the car, which we used daily (for going to the beach or in the evening to nearby places), in the villa's yard. However, we successfully found parking spots on the street or next to the nearby clinic.

We stayed at Villa Dora in a renovated six-bed apartment, accommodating four adults and four small children. The accommodation was satisfactory, conveniently located near the beach, the apartment was cleaned every three days, and the hosts were very friendly. My only complaints are about the large gaps on the walled terrace on the first floor, which made me a bit worried about the children, but we resolved this by plugging the holes with sponge loungers. The second issue was the extremely low water pressure; it literally takes half an hour to take a shower, the faucet didn’t work at night, and there was no hot water at the sink. I have no other complaints.

All the good is forgotten when you need to park or wish to use WiFi.

I stayed with my wife in a double studio in August two years ago. It served as an excellent base for visiting other attractive beaches. The hosts were friendly, Hristos, the owner, is a true gem, and the hygiene was top-notch (they changed towels and bed linens every 2-3 days). The parking within the yard was fine, and we easily arranged who would leave when. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning were also satisfactory. Friends went last year on recommendation and had the same experience. When I go to Thassos again, I will definitely return to Hristos, so I don’t have to think twice.

We stayed in an unrenovated six-bed apartment. We were all satisfied. It was exactly as described by the agents from the agency. The host was very kind. It was clean, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. The city beach, as described, is nearby and decent. We only visited it on the first day. However, it is an excellent location for exploring other beaches; the place Potos is charming and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. For us, Thassos was an excellent choice for a summer holiday.

We vacationed in mid-season, from July 11th to 21st. The accommodation is conveniently located near the city beach (though we only visited it for the first two days), close to all the happenings, just a 2-minute walk away, yet far enough from the loudest noise and the biggest crowds. Within 2 minutes, there is also the cheapest small market that offers basic groceries, as well as an excellent large bakery-pastry shop. The hosts are pleasant, friendly, and always available. Towels and bed linens are changed every fourth day. The Wi-Fi is decent; it works well in the morning and afternoon, but in the evening between 8 and 12 it is somewhat weaker due to the number of guests, though after 12 it is excellent. The six-bed renovated two-bedroom apartment is quite comfortable, with enough space for movement and for placing a baby crib without crowding. I also entered other six-bed apartments, which are equally comfortable. The water pressure is somewhat lower, but considering we are on an island, I expected worse after reading the comments; nothing alarming. The parking is small, but as already mentioned, it is a matter of arrangement with neighbors from other apartments, and everyone tries to organize it to suit all. The yard is available, allowing for pleasant socializing with other guests in the complex. Of course, there are always children around, so your child will have company.

We stayed in a three-bed renovated studio and I can wholeheartedly recommend it! The hosts are kind and always available, the furniture is new, and the cleanliness is at a very high level. The location of the villa couldn't be better. You are right on the promenade, yet completely sheltered from noise and crowds. Your car is parked under the terrace. Everything is just as described on Nika's website, and for that, thank you for your honesty!

The only minor issue was the water pressure we experienced at the beginning, but it was partially resolved during our stay. This villa comes highly recommended. The parking is small, but with good organization, it can accommodate 12-13 vehicles. Essentially, everything is as described by NIKANA. This is our third time vacationing on Thassos through her agency, and we have encountered no problems.

The villa is beautifully described on your website. It is located in an excellent area with spacious apartments. The price-to-accommodation ratio is reasonable, but we do have a complaint. The water pressure in the pipes was insufficient, leading to issues with mixing cold and hot water. This particularly troubled us during bath time for the baby until we figured it out. The owner of the villa promised to resolve this before the next season. Everything else was fine, and we had a lovely time.

A great advantage is that the vehicle can be parked in the villa's courtyard, which means you don't have to worry about parking. We vacationed at Villa Dora in July 2012, with two adults and two small children. The kitchen is separate from the bedroom and has all the basic necessities. The hosts are unobtrusive but always available when needed. The atmosphere is relaxed, yet the house rules are respected, ensuring no noise or disturbances.

From July 16 to 26, 2012, I traveled with my boyfriend, a friend, and her boyfriend. The experience was fantastic! Hristos and Zoi (the owners) are wonderful, kind people, exceptional hosts, and delightful conversationalists. We encountered no issues whatsoever. The accommodation was more than decent, with spacious rooms, two terraces, free air conditioning, cleanliness, and regular changes of towels and bed linen. Located just 2 minutes from the beach, on the main street. Overall, we were completely satisfied! I wholeheartedly recommend this villa!

We stayed in this villa from July 6th to July 16th, my wife, myself, and our two children aged 9 and 12. What many emphasize, and which is also the brightest part of the story, are the hosts. They are truly pleasant and accommodating. The location of the villa is excellent; everything is nearby, yet it feels somewhat secluded. We were in the first villa on the left side, and on weekends, we were slightly disturbed by motorcycles at night and the occasional car speeding by. Everything else was excellent, and the homey atmosphere created by the courtyard and mingling with other guests is genuinely enjoyable. Parking is available and great, but if there are many guests, there isn't enough space for everyone, so sometimes you have to move your car if someone wants to leave. However, that is not a problem. It is essential to be in the courtyard and have your car in sight if that matters to you. It is quite clean; they change the linens and towels... Honestly, I didn't keep track of that, but my wife told me they change everything every three days. All in all, I believe that for the price, with parking, air conditioning, internet, etc., and the proximity to the beach and all other necessary facilities, there is no better option... for now.

We stayed at Villa Dora (with two children aged 4 and 12, my wife and I) from July 1 to 16, 2012. We spent a wonderful time at Villa Dora from June 15 to July 1, 2012. Our family consisted of one child aged 12. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean (thorough cleaning of the apartment and linen change every three days). The terrace offered a view of the courtyard and promenade, with exotic trees in the yard and the scent of pine. The villa is practically in the center of Potos. Just thirty meters from the villa, there is a supermarket and bakery, followed by all significant shops, taverns, and cafes. Parking is available in the villa's courtyard, and most importantly, the hosts are incredibly kind, spontaneous, and approachable; we have nothing but praise for Christos and Zoe. They are always there to lend a helping hand. Upon our departure, we received a gift from the hosts, which was truly a wonderful gesture. If we travel to Thassos again, Villa Dora will be our choice once more, and this time for 20 days. We vacationed in Dori from June 23 to July 4, 2012, as a family with five other couples from Kragujevac. We were pleased with both the accommodation and the cleanliness of the property, as well as the proximity to the beach and everything we needed. It is very important that there is parking and a large yard with plenty of shade. It is located in the center, yet isolated from noise and crowds.

A very beautiful villa, in my opinion, located in one of the best places in Potos. The villa is very close to the sea, and all the shops and the promenade are about twenty meters away. We found our accommodation by ourselves when we arrived in Potos, and we have no regrets about our choice of villa. The owner and his wife are excellent hosts, very pleasant people; we became friends with them, and they advised us on where to go, which beach to visit, where the most beautiful spots are, and what should be seen. We even received gifts and souvenirs as a memento upon our departure, which I must admit is very kind of them (we were thrilled). As for the villa itself, we stayed in a six-bed apartment, although there were only four of us (two couples). Each room has its own terrace and bathroom, it is regularly cleaned, and towels are changed, if I remember correctly, three times in ten days—simply wonderful... I vacationed with my family. The first surprise was that it was not a studio, but an apartment (the kitchen is a separate room). Then there was parking (right in the center of Potoša) and truly a clean and spacious yard where you can freely let your child play. The beach is a 3-minute walk away, with a bakery and a market nearby, and the Laskarina restaurant (with excellent food) is on the way to the beach. Villa Dorra is a lovely establishment made up of several units (if you enjoy extra amenities like plasma TVs and jacuzzis, this is not for you). The apartments are just right, cleanliness is excellent, and the hosts are always available if you need anything. Regarding the host - Christos, his wife Zoe, and their children, I wish them all the best: they are friendly and smiling, as if you have known them for 100 years. Next year, we are going back to Christos and extending our vacation from 20 to 30 days. I believe I have said everything with this.
