Hotel Description

Evi Rooms is located in Potos, in the street that is parallel with the main promenade so it has an excellent location, just a few minutes walking from the beach and center. An advantage of this accommodation is that lies just next to the Potos hotel where you can pay for a breakfast or half board, and as well where you can enjoy in a nice decorated yard with the pool and order a drink.

House is 200 meters away from the city beach while first bakery and market are only 50 meters far.

Evi offers one apartment on the first floor and one triple room on the second floor.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed, a small bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge. In the kitchen is an AC which is enough for the whole apartment.

The room is modestly equipped and doesn’t have a kitchen so it is ideal for young persons and those who don’t cook during the holidays. This room has access to the big balcony with chairs and sunbeds so it is completing maybe small dimensions of the room (around 15m2). Also, on the balcony is a barbecue that can be used. A room has a partial sea view. In the room is one double bed smaller than standard and one single bed. It is equipped with the fridge, TV and an AC. In the bathroom is a bathtub. A room is equipped with mosquito nets on the windows and on the door.

Small pets are allowed.

Replacing of towels and bed linen and cleaning is once per week.

There is a public parking close to the villa.

When you are arriving from the Limenaria and Pefkari direction, you will turn right into the first street after Alexandra beach, just on the entrance of Potos. Down by the street, you are going around 200m and on the right side you will see accommodation - first building before Potos hotel.

Evi Rooms is an excellent choice for those who don’t look for luxury, but for location.

The accommodation is satisfactory, tidy, well-organized, and comfortable. The beach and the city center are very close to the accommodation. All praises.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 10 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
