Hotel Description

Tania Studios is located in Potos, in the street that is parallel to the main promenade. It is renovated and has a great location. The big advantage is that it is right next to the Potos Hotel, where you can enjoy the pool and the large yard with a drink.

The accommodation is located 200m from city beach in Potos and it is in the center.

There are 3 units on the ground floor and they have around 20m2.

Two units are newly built for the 2018 season and one for the 2019 season. These are three 3 bed suite studios. Two 4 bed suites consist of one room with a double bed and a folding sofa bed. There is a wall between the double bed and the sofa (you can see the photos). They are air-conditioned, have TV, WiFi, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen. One has a small refrigerator, while the other has a large one. The third 3 bed suite has a double bed and a sofa bed. Within the same room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, table and chairs. The bathroom has a cabin shower. This suite is located at the back of the house.

All units have air conditioning, TV, WiFi, bathroom and kitchen. There are mosquito nets on the windows and doors. They are for 4 persons, and there is no space for an extra bed. In the yard, there are chairs and a table for relaxation. Each suite is 20m2.

Cleaning and replacing of owels and sheets are done every 3 days (or more often, on request).

Public parking is located close to the villa.

From the direction of Limenaria, just after the Alexandra Beach Spa Hotel turn right onto the road that is going down from the main road. The accommodation is on the right side, just beside Potos hotel. The location is very good, because it is in the center and everything is close.

If you look for a new and renovated accommodation on good location in Potos, Tania studios is great choice.

Excellent accommodation, located in the heart of Potos. Tania is very kind and friendly; although she doesn't understand English, we manage to communicate well. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
