Our description
Lena apartments is located in Potos very close to the center and the beach. The accommodation is renovated, equipped with modern and quality furniture.
Potos city beach is 150m away, while the first market and restaurants are nearby.
Lena Apartments consist of two buildings - a three-storey house and a two-storey building behind the house. The accommodation has been completely renovated for the 2018 season. The ceiling of the house back is higher than the one in the front house.
Three-storey house
On the ground floor (you climb a couple of steps) there are three new apartments - one deluxe three-bed (purple) and two deluxe four-bed (green and blue).
The purple suite has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room (for three adults, two adults and one large child or two adults and two very young children). The kitchen is located in the living room and has an electric kettle and and two hobs.
The green apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (for two adults and two children). The kitchen is located in the living room and has an electric kettle and a mini stove with oven and two hobs.
The blue apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room (for a maximum of four adults). The kitchen is located in the living room and has an electric kettle and a mini stove with oven and two hobs.
All apartments are air conditioned, have a TV and spacious terraces overlooking the street, which are passable and not separate because they enter the units. The apartments on the ground floor have about 30-35m2.
On the first floor there are two smaller double rooms, one deluxe four-bed apartment and one four-bed family suite.One double room (10m2) has a terrace and a view of the street. It has a double bed and a kitchen with a sink and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower, no tub, only tiles. The second double room (10m2) is also equipped with no terrace.
Four-bed apartment (30m2) has two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the street. The terrace is smaller and narrow. In the other room there is a sofa for two people and a kitchen that does not have a hob and stove, but a sink and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a separate glass shower. Both rooms have a TV and air conditioning.
The four-bed family suite (30m2) has two rooms. The bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace overlooking the street, as well as a shower separated by glass. In the other room there is a sofa for two people and a kitchen that has a sink and a refrigerator, without a stove and hob. The bathroom has a separate glass shower. Both rooms have a TV and air conditioning.
In the attic there are four rooms - two double (Deluxe, 25-30m2 and Junior Suite, 30m2) with a double bed and two triple (30m2) with one double bed and a sofa for one person. One double room has a jacuzzi, so this unit is also called the Junior Suite. The bathrooms have a shower separated by glass and the kitchens have a sink and a refrigerator, not a stove with hobs. Double rooms have a terrace overlooking the sea while triple rooms overlook from the terrace to the backyard.
Two-storey building behind a three-storey house
The two-storey building located behind the main one on the ground floor has two smaller double studios (10m2). Both studios have a double bed and a kitchen that is equipped and has a small refrigerator and two hotplates. The bathrooms have a separate glass shower. Guests of these studios have a seating area in front of the studio entrance. The big advantage is that they are located behind the main building, so they have more privacy and are sheltered from traffic.
In the attic there are three more double deluxe rooms (25-28m2), equipped with a double bed. The bathrooms have a separate shower with glass and the kitchens only have a sink and a refrigerator, without a stove. These units do not have their own private balcony, but each has a table and chairs in front of the entrance.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, internet access, mosquito nets, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Changing of bed linen and towels is done every two days, and the cleaning is done every day.
In front of the two-storey building is a well-kept courtyard with barbecue for guests to use, as well as a bar and table and chairs for breakfast.
There is a private parking for each guest 70m from the accomodation.
The villa is located in Potos on the main road, across from the gas station, just 150m from the beach and you can easily find it. It is located on the left side of the road when coming from Limenaria direction.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Korektan smeštaj, odgovara opisu. Plaža je na 2 min pešaka, mada po meni bitnija pekara preko puta i market. Plažu smo koristili samo na dan dolaska. Klima nije hladila, ali je rešeno za dva dana dopunom freona. U opisu piše da je na raspolaganju 3 parking mesta, ali mislim da tamo staje više od 10 vozila. Za vreme boravka bilo je parkirano do 6 vozila, jedino ako parking ne dele sa nekim, to ne znam. Posteljina i peškiri promenjeni 3 puta za period od 10 noćenja. Jedina zamerka na opremljenost kuhinje. Apartman je predviđen za 4+1 ali pribora ima za 4 osobe!
