Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Golden Sand is located in the heart of Skala Panagia, next to the famous Golden beach. The beach in front of the hotel is perfect for children, with fine sand and a long shallow shore. The hotel complex includes a reception, a beautifully decorated lobby, as well as a cafe-bar with indoor and outdoor seating areas overlooking the beach. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, complimentary with drinks from the hotel bar.

This hotel offers 17 superior rooms (19m2) for two to three people, as well as two suite units, in two different types - junior (28m2) and deluxe (38m2).
Superior rooms are primarily designed for two people, featuring either one double bed or two single beds. By adding an additional standard single bed, they can accommodate one more person. Three rooms are located on the ground floor (with a double bed or two single beds), one is on the second floor, while all other rooms of this type are spread across the first floor. These accommodation units offer sea or mountain views.
Classic double rooms consist of two joined single beds and are located on the ground floor (although there are 3-4 steps to climb to reach the rooms). They overlook the parking area, as this unit type does not have sea views.
Junior Suites are situated on the second floor and consist of one double bed and a sofa for one person, all within the same room. Both suites boast a fantastic and direct sea view, along with two sun loungers on a spacious terrace.
Deluxe Suites are located on the ground floor and feature one double bed and a sofa for two people within the same room. This unit also offers a private courtyard with seating areas and sea views. There is a planter between this courtyard and the adjacent suite's courtyard. This accommodation unit includes a bathroom with a shower cabin and a Jacuzzi.
All accommodation units are equipped with a safe, air conditioning, TV, bathroom, hairdryer, wardrobe for storage, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a balcony. An iron can be requested at the reception. Breakfast is served a la carte and the guests can arrange it upon arrival.
Small pets are welcome, but leaving them unattended in the accommodation unit is prohibited. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every two days, and bed linen every three days.
There is a parking area in front of the main entrance, which may sometimes not have enough space for all hotel guests during peak season.
Near the hotel, there are plenty of tourist facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, pastry shops...), and the bus stop is located across the hotel.
Golden Sand is a charming hotel in an excellent location, with secure parking. If you are looking for accommodation steps away from the beach and all amenities in the area, this hotel can be an excellent choice.
