Hotel Description

Edem Villa is the accommodation with a pool near the center of Limenas, in a very quiet part. Next to the pool there is a bar, where beside drinks you can also order breakfast, and within the villa there is private parking.

Edem Villa is located close to the center of Limenas, in the long street of Dimitriadou, a hundred meters away from Aethria Hotel, but on the opposite side. In the same row is house Versa, villa Meresi and Viktoria hotel. From the center, the new harbor and the sea, the villa is 500-600m away, and from the city beach about 1km.

Although in the city center, this accommodation is well hidden from traffic and is surrounded by peace and greenery. It consists of two almost the same buildings (the first one was built in 1990 and the second in 1994) and offers two four-bed apartments (40m2) and a total of 16 double, triple and quadruple studios (23m2).

The apartments have a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. There are two types of studios - superior and standard, and the difference is that the superior studio interior has been renovated and the furniture is new. The layout of the beds is different from one to another, there are accommodation units with single or double beds as well as bunk beds.

Studios and apartments have a kitchen, bathroom, terrace, WiFi, air conditioning and TV.

Cleaning is done daily, and the replacement of bed linen and towels every three days.

In the yard, there is a part with toys for children, and next to the pool there is a bar, where besides drinks you can order breakfast.

Private parking is provided.

When you disembark from the ferry, follow the route to the right and drive by the sea on the main road (about 300m) to the section where the route leads straight to the hotel Vournelis and the same beach. Continue on the main road and turn left, and after 150m you will reach the first major intersection (with the street Dimitriadou). Then turn left and after about 500m you will reach the Edem villa since you need to turn right at the bridge and go to the end of the narrow street.

The nearest better-equipped supermarket is located in the same street, about 20m away from the villa, and there are numerous small shops, pharmacies, meat markets, etc.

If you want decent and clean accommodation with private parking in the heart of Limenas, close to all amenities, promenades, shops, fast food restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and taverns, Edem Villa is an excellent choice.

Limenas is an excellent choice as a base for going around because it is close to the most beautiful beaches - Marble (6km), Makryammos (2km), La Scala (4km), Pachis (8km).

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
