Jasmine Studios is located in Potos, in a very quiet place and it is one of the accommodations with the best quality units. It is only 10 minute's walk from the beach and the center. Furniture is modern and units are fully equipped with everything that is needed for a good holiday.
City beach is 400m away and the crossroad is 300 meters away.
It's a new building, nice and modern, consisting of two large duplex apartments (42m2) on the first floor and six studios (24m2). Apartments can accommodate four adults, while studios are suitable only for families.
Two studios are on the ground floor and have a veranda with garden furniture. Three studios are on the high ground floor, while the sixth is on the first floor. All have one double bed and a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen, TV, air conditioner, and wireless internet.
Apartments are very spacious and have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has one double bed and the other two single beds. Apartments have a large balcony overlooking the sea (in the distance). Both bedrooms have a long and quite wide terrace.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV, safe box, mosquito nets, hairdryer, and wireless internet.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided and done after three days.
The yard is small and neat, with only two parking spots, but there's a lot of space for parking next to the villa and by the road.
When you arrive in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, drive to the central intersection (intersection next to the amusement park) and turn towards the Theologos. After about a hundred meters turn at the first opportunity left, pass the villa Hermes and after 100m you'll see the Jasmine Studios on the left side of the road.
Jasmine Studios is a great choice if you're looking for quality accommodation with new furniture, away from the traffic and crowds, yet nearby the city center. The central intersection in Potos surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and shops is at 300m, while the beach is about 400m away from the villa.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
