Chrisi Akti is a modest accommodation in the first row from the sea and a minute by foot from the sandy city beach with a long shallow. City center is within a walking distance from t he accommodation. It is located a few steps from the promenade, souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes.
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 300m from the center, where are a bakeries, a supermarket, fast food restaurants, a doctor and a pharmacy.
It has eight accommodation units (17m2).
On the ground floor, so as on the first floor, there are four studios. The units are generally small-sized, so are the bathrooms and they are for maximum three person. There are six units that have double bed while the remaining two have single beds. If needed, the owners can add an extra bed, but you will have less space in that way. The stzduis on the ground floor have their own chairs and table in front of the entrance while the studios on the first floor have common balcony.
The studios have a small kitchen inside. Every unit has a private bathroom, TV, A/C and internet access.
Considering that the villa is near the center, amenities that Skala Potamia has to offer to tourists are easy accessible. As soon as you walk out of the accommodation, there are numerous restaurant and supermarket SPAR is close, so as pharmacy, doctor, fast food shops.
Cleaning is done every day and towels and bed linen are changed every third day.
The yard does not exist in this accommodation, you exit directly to the promenade.
Chrisi Akti doesn’t have its own parking but you can leave your car nearby.
This accommodation is easiest to reach by going down to the sea and the promenade from the city center and after the Smile cafe you will see on the left a narrow road, which is drawn by the lines. Just behind the cafe is Chrisi Akti.
If you want an accommodation in the front row from the sea and close to the center, Chrisi Akti can be a good choice. We recommend it to the non-demanding guests, because, the accommodation is modest.
