We were guests in apartment 201 from August 20, 2023, to September 1, 2023. The location is exceptional; everything is very close, yet it offers tranquility. The courtyard, adorned with seating arrangements and natural shade, is divine. The beach in front of the villa is nothing special, but when you tire from exploring the island, it serves well for relaxation and respite. The hygiene is commendable; towels were changed daily, and bed linens every 3-4 days. The hosts are agreeable to work with, although we had no special requests. The kitchen is quite small, but we only used it for coffee, so if you plan to cook, it may not be the best option. On the terrace, there are two small tables resembling club tables, but it did not bother us. The apartment is very nice, although slightly smaller than we expected. Overall, these apartments will certainly be our choice if we decide to visit Thassos again. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

The location is perfect. It is at the very beginning of the walking zone, yet you can enjoy your peace. The beach is semi-private, but there is always plenty of space. The beach has pebbles, but there are larger stones in the water. The accommodation depends on what you choose... For the first five days, we stayed in a maisonette with a pool, which is wonderful because that part of the yard is exclusively ours and we have ample space. The attic of the maisonette gets heated during the day, so it is hot at night for sleeping. The maisonette is excellently equipped. For the next five days, we received apartment 202 with a lovely view of the sea, but... the kitchen is only one meter long, and you cannot do anything in it, there is no table (not even on the terrace) to place food while eating. There is nothing to dry the laundry on. The refrigerator is old, broken, and very small. The bathroom is nice and clean. The terrace is long and has a wonderful view of the sea. The garden is beautifully arranged with plenty of shade. There are no sunbeds on the beach, so they could make an effort. There is definitely a generational conflict among the owners... the daughter is modern and really tries, everything is possible with her. The grandmother does not allow anything, and if we could take the apartment, pay, and not leave it, it would be great. She was bothered that we were in bathing suits in the garden, that we brought cookies to eat... There is a grill in the garden, but its use is not allowed, even though it says everywhere that it is. You have guaranteed parking for every vehicle, and Wi-Fi is excellent everywhere... in the rooms, garden, and on the beach. P.S. The rooms in the upper building facing the street are very small and poorly equipped. The apartments by the beach are completely different... slightly larger, better equipped. Only the maisonette is outstanding.

The most beautiful and finest studio we have ever stayed in. The perfect location, garden, and view surpassing that of any restaurant. We were in studio number 103. Hygiene and service were at an admirable level (a lovely housekeeper who thoroughly cleans and changes towels every day), the beach below is excellent for relaxation, clean, and devoid of crowds. A stunning view and the sound of waves 24 hours a day, accompanied by a magnificent sunset. For those who cherish a peaceful, romantic, and comfortable getaway, this is perfection. The only downside is that the villa has multiple owners (mother, daughter, daughter-in-law, mother-in-law... :-)), which may lead to misunderstandings. On the day we arrived, our apartment was occupied for the aforementioned reason, but as compensation, we were given a larger and better one for that day. There was confusion regarding the parking space since the landlady we spoke to does not understand a word of English or Serbian. Additionally, on the last day, since check-out was at 12, we were already packed and waiting in the courtyard, but she did not find it appropriate to stroll to the courtyard and instead sent a message to Nikana at 12:01 that we had not vacated the room. Aside from that, which is ultimately a minor issue, everything else was perfect.

A fantastic courtyard, friendly hosts, and comfortable rooms that are cleaned daily.

I will attempt to briefly express my impressions, and you can discern the advantages and disadvantages of the villa for yourselves: The location is excellent, right on the beach and near the center, yet away from all the crowds. The yard is beautiful, filled with shade, flowers, and seating arrangements (this might also be a drawback, as you often find yourself in doubt whether to go for a swim or enjoy the deep shade). There is secure parking in the villa's yard, regular changes of linens and towels (every 2-3 days), and daily cleaning of the apartment and yard. Access to the water is somewhat challenging (coarse and slippery gravel and stones), so perhaps the beach users (I mean the owners of the surrounding villas) could place sandbags or something similar to ease this for their guests. The studio we stayed in (106) has a few minor shortcomings that the owners could resolve with a little effort: - the bathroom door (entirely) has transparent glass, so we had to look for a sheet to cover it (visually it looks nice, but practically it is not at all) - poor choice of faucet at the sink, so your feet are always wet when using it - there is a noticeable dampness inside the studio. In the end, you forget all these shortcomings when you are in the beautiful garden, where a gentle breeze is always blowing, and the sea is right in front of you. And one more thing, perhaps the villa owners could provide their guests with loungers and umbrellas! I hope my comments have helped you at least a little, Warm regards

The rating pertains only to two villas overlooking the sea; they are exceptional. The most beautiful garden with natural shade. You can hear the waves whispering as you sleep :) The small beach in front of the villa is rocky, yet it boasts the clearest water and the most stunning sunset on Thassos (you can also pass through it to reach the main beach). An excellent location for exploring the island. Isolated from noise, and you are just 100 meters from the center.

We stayed in room 104 from July 3, 2016, to July 15, 2016, which was renovated as promised by the owner (a kitchenette was added and the bathroom was renovated)... everything is new, beautiful, tidy, tasteful, and, most importantly, with the most stunning view! Linen was changed every two days, and towels were replaced daily! During our stay, the villa owner installed a new router for the internet, and the signal is not just good, but phenomenal... fast... The parking space is marked, so there are no issues going out and returning whenever you want, unlike the guests accommodated in property number "2" ... they manage... Cleanliness is at a commendable level thanks to the hardworking Bulgarian, all praise to her, and the owner is exceptionally accommodating and kind... she keeps everything under control... which is perfectly fine with me because I want to return and enjoy everything this property offers... In my opinion, the accommodation price is appropriate for the quality, although I would prefer it to be lower so I could stay a few more days... at least!!! I arranged everything with you, and everything was honored (as it has been so far), and I believe we will meet again...

I vacationed with my husband and our two small children. The accommodation was excellent and, most importantly, exactly as depicted in the photographs. We stayed in unit number 1, a two-bedroom apartment with two terraces. The only drawback is that there isn't enough space for storing clothes (we had just one small wardrobe).
