Papaoikonomou 1 Villa is located on the beach in the heart of Potos, on one of the best possible locations outside of traffic and crowds. Villa has spacious, fantastic garden, full of greenery, shade and comfortable sitting sets and kiosks, as well as the grill with tables for socializing and dining. There is direct access to the beach. Parking is provided.

Accommodation has three buildings, two of them are exactly on the beach while third one is about 50-70 meters far.

The third building is very nice house (45m2) on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has a double bed on the ground floor, a bathroom and a kitchen, and on the galery there are two single beds. In front of the house there is a very spacious veranda with a furniture for seating and relaxing, and beside the house there is a parking space. If you you’re looking for an intimate accommodation close to the beach, this house in Potos is one of the best options. In front there is a small swimming pool, used only by clients from the maisonettes.

The other two buildings are located next to the beach. The offer double and triple studios (20-23m2) and am apartment with separated room - junior suite (40m2).

All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have a sea view. From some terraces, the sea is partially covered with trees in the yard, but the view is definitely beautiful on both greenery and the sea, and the smell of the trees and the sea is priceless.

The apartments are very bright, the furniture is in nice, bright colors, so with the view of the sea, the stay in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three small children. They have spacious terraces, equipped kitchen, TV, a double bed, a double sofa bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by the door from the living room with a kitchen and a dining room.

Cleaning is provided on a daily basis. Towels are changed every two days and linens every four days.

The yard is very nice and pleasant. It has a direct view of the sea, lots of shades, tables with chairs, swings and, above all, complete peace.

Parking is provided.

Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after Alexandra Beach Hotel turn half-right and drive for 100 meters. You’ll recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. In addition to the pink facility, there is a path through the yard leading to the villa and the beach.

In case you don’t like the beach in front of the object, city beach is only few minutes away.

Papaoikonomou is great choice for those who want peace, lovely garden and beach close by.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
