Our description
Olivia Resort is located in Potos, close to the beach, and it is an excellent choice for those who are looking for a luxury accommodation with a swimming pool and a spacious yard with outdoor barbecue.
It is located in a quiet area in Potos, about 800m away from the beach and 700m away from the center.
It is a completely new accommodation built for the season 2018. It offers five maisonettes and two apartments suitable for up to four people. For the season 2022 one more maisonette and one more apartment will be available.
Each maisonette (40m2) has two levels and both of them have a balcony. Balconies on the ground floor have pool view, while the ones on the upper floor overlook the sea in the distance and also the pool. Only one maisonette has garden view from the the upper balcony.
The lower floor has 25m2 and a completely equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room with fold out sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is on the upper floor and it has a double bed (160x200), TV, AC and around 15m2.
Apartments (40m2) in the living room have a kitchen and fold out sofa bed for two people. The living room has around 25m2. There is a bathroom too. The bedroom (15m2) is separated by the door and it has a double bed. Both rooms have an AC and TV. Smaller stairs lead to the bedroom.
All accommodation units are equipped with two air conditions, two SAT LCD TVs, mosquito nets, iron, iron board, safe box, bathrobe and hairdryer. In the bathroom there is a shower cabin. The kitchen is completely equipped and it has a fridge, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster and the other necessary kitchenware.
Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are being done every four days.
The yard is nicely decorated with swimming pool and umbrellas and sunbeds around it. In one part of the yard there is a patio with an outdoor barbecue and tables with chairs.
Parking is private and it is located in front of the entrance to the yard.
To reach the accommodation you need to turn left towards Theologos on the main intersection in Potos and continue driving for about 600m, until you see the children's playroom from your left. Turn right and after about 100m you will see the accommodation from your right. It is located just next to the accommodation Petra Houses and across the Esperia Village.

The lively center of Potos village is less than 10 minutes away by foot. Potos is famous for its many pass time activities like water sports, boat fishing, and scuba diving. The nightlife here is the best of Thassos, with vibrant beach bars and cafes open late at night until the early morning hours.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Interesujeme apartman u periodu od 05.08-15.08.2018 . za 3 odrasle osobe. Sa odvojenom sobom za dve osobe i mogucnost jos jednog kreveta u drugoj prostoriji za trecu osobu.Svetlana Stojkovic
