Our description
Accommodation is located in Potos, 500 meters from the city beach. Arriving from the direction of Limenaria, on the central crossroads next to luna park turn left towards Teologos. After about 400 meters Rania Studios you will see a sign with the inscription Sotiria in whose yard is Despina House. The house is on the right side of the street (across Laskarina Villa) in the bottom of the yard, so it's not easy to spot it from the street.
There are two apartments and one studio.
Apartment Villas Brilante Lux is located on the first floor and overlooks the courtyard. It has a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room there's a corner sofa and an extra bed (inserted if needed). From the bedroom there's an exit onto a shared terrace overlooking the olive groves. The kitchen is equipped and has a large fridge and a stove with oven. The bathroom is small and has no shower enclosure, but only tiles.
The second apartment, House Despina, is located on the ground floor on the other side of the house and is sheltered from the noise. The bathroom is separated, with a separate entrance, a shower stall and is located right from the front door. In the living room there's a sofa for two children and an extra bed, a bedroom has one double bed, while the third room has another double bed and fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and a stove with oven. In front of the apartment there is a seating area with table and chairs only for guests of this accommodation unit. Its capacity is a maximum of eight persons (five adults and three children).
Cleaning, as well as replacing of bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day.
In the yard there is a large seating area in the shade, drinking fountain and barbecue.
Private parking is provided.
Pets are welcome.
The owner is very diligent, kind, temperamental and attentive Greek woman. Her garden with vegetables will be at your disposal, and often a good traditional Greek meal too.
The courtyard reminds of the yards in rural households, so if you don't care about having luxurious accommodation, but a villa to feel like home in the countryside, with lots of privacy and relaxed atmosphere, Despina House could be a good choice. It is only a few minutes walk from the center and the crowd, and it's very close to all the facilities, shops, restaurants, a promenade and the beache.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ne preporucujem. I pored komfora, postoje 3 zasebne sobe i kupatilo... Takodje tu su neki mirisi, ustajalo, verovatno sto je starija kuca i prizemlje... Takodje i komarci su pokvarili utisak, iako smo ukljucivali u zid raid i palili stapice, deca su bila sva istackana...

Letovali 10 dana pocetkom avgusta. Udaljenost od centra 2-3min hoda, izolovano od buke. Villa Brilliante lux je savrsena za dva para ili jedan par sa 2-3 deteta. Komforan, cist, posteljina se menja 2x, peskiri isto. Sve sto smo trazili od vlasnika dobili smo (krevetac, nosa, lavor). Gazdarica izuzetno ljubazna i fina, par puta mi je i skuvala nesto, oprala ves iako sam rekla da ne mora nista od toga. Zaista svaka cast! Jedino joj engleski nije jaca strana al sporazumesmo se nekako. Njen muz zna engleski pa ako zapne nije problem. Izuzetno su ljubazni i druzeljubivi-kod njih sve moze. Ovakve jos nisam srela za 15god letovanja u GR. Internet funkcionise kao kod kuce ako ne i bolje. Velika terasa, sa sve kapijicom tako da ne brinete zbog male dece. Kuhinja je odlicno opremljena, ima veliki frizider sa delom za zamrzavanje...rerna radi, ima toster, ukoliko nestane tople vode postoji poseban elektricni prekidac tako da nema bojazni od toga da se necete okupati... U dvoristu ima velika ljuljaska, koristili smo i rostilj 2x. Svaki apartman ima obezbedjeno parking mesto. Sve preporuke!

Koliko Kosta i da li je slobodna Despina house u periodu od 4.8 do 25.8, za 2 odrasle osobe i 4 deteta(12,10,9 i 7 god)?

We just returned from our holiday at Despina House. We were 4 adults, felt very comfortable in the apartment as there was enough space for everybody. The place is very close to centre and sea but at the same time very quite. The house has a big yard with lot of space for parking which is very important in Potos at that time of the year. The hosts Despina and Ioannis were exceptionally kind and made us feel like staying at a friends place rather than renting accommodation. We definitely go there again next year.
