Blue Sky Apartments is a high quality, new and modernly equipped accommodation within walking distance of city center in Skala Potamia, souvenir shops, bakeries and pastry shops as well as fast-food restaurants. It offers free parking, a spacious courtyard with natural shade and outdoor sitting sets, where you can enjoy and spend time with your family.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 500m away from the sandy city beach which has shallow water..

It is a facility with large number of accommodation units - there are four studios, five apartments and two rooms for rent. The accommodation units are equipped in a modern way, carefully and to the smallest detail. The studios are equipped with one double bed and one folding armchair, and they can accommodate up to 3 persons. All studios are about 20m2 in size. A kitchenette, TV and A/C are provided in every accommodation unit. The studios are located on the first floor.

The apartments consist of one separate bedroom with one double bed and one folding armchair, while in the living room with kitchen there are two sofa beds - so this accommodation unit can accommodate up to 5 persons. All apartments are about 50m2 in size, and just like studios, all of them have a kitchenette, A/C and TV. They can bo on the ground or first floor.

There are also two rooms (20m2) without a kitchen for rent, smaller than the other accommodation units, that can accommodate up to 3 persons. Just like studios, they have one double bed and one sofa bed (for one person). These rooms are located on the top floor, and they have some kind of kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine and a sink, but there is no hot plate. They have one common balcony.

Cleaning is performed every day, while change of towels and bed linen is done every second day.

The courtyard is spacious, with lawn and paths, and it is available to all guests of this accommodation. There are outdoor sitting sets, and in some parts of the yard there is natural shade. There are plenty of well maintained greenery and flowers.

If you are coming from Limenas, you will find this accommodation very easy because it is located on the main road. As soon as you enter Skala Potamia, keep driving straight until you see an ATM and a bakery. Keep going for few meters more forward, and on your left side you will see Blue Sky Apartments, few meters before the supermarket Niki.

The nearest supermarket and a bakery are just a few steps from the accommodation. Also, there is an ATM nearby.

Policies

Adults are considered to be persons older than 7 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
