Our description

Aurora villa is located in quiet area in Potos, around 550m from the beach. It offers renovated and affordable apartments. It is isolated from the crowds and some of the apartments have sea view. Big parking space is located right next to the building.

The city beach in Potos is about 550m away, while the smaller beach that is in front of the Villa Papaoikonomou is closer (around 450m). The first supermarket is at the distance of 200m.

Villa offers nine renovated apartments They can accommodate up to four people.

Each apartment (30m2) has an AC, TV, internet, renovated bathroom, kitchen and balcony with table and chairs. They consist of two rooms. One of them is the bedroom, while the other one is a kitchen with a bed for two people. In the bedroom is the AC. Both rooms have access to the balcony. Bathrooms are smaller with a shower. In the kitchen there are a fridge, one hot plates, an electric coffee pot and an espresso coffee machine four small and four big plates, utensils for four people and pots. From the second and third floor there is a view overlooking the sea and village while from the first floor you can see the garden and surrounding area.

On the first floor there are three apartments:
101 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200, while in the living room there is a double bed 150x200 for two more people, as well as a table with four chairs and a shelf.
102 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200, while in the living room there is a double bed 160x200 for two more people as well as a table with four chairs and a shelf
103 - In the bedroom there is a king size bed, 180x200, while in the living room there is a sofa for one person, as well as a table with three chairs and a shelf.

On the second floor there are three renovated apartments:
201 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200 and in the living room there is one king size bed the same dimensions and a table with four chairs and a shelf.
202 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200 and in the living room there is one king size bed the same dimensions, a table with four chairs and a shelf.
203 - In the bedroom there is one king size bed 180x200 and in the living room there is one king size the same dimensions.

On the third floor there are three more renovated apartments (301, 302, 303) and each of them has two king size beds.180x200, a table with four chairs and a shelf.

Replacement of towels and bed linen is being done every four days.

The yard is small and paved, with tables and chairs.

There is a lot of public parking space around the villa.

Coming from Limenaria turn left on the main intersection in Potos and then left again just after the gas station ECO. At the end of this street you will see Villa Aurora from your left.

If you are looking to spend your holiday in a quiet and calm environment, far away from the crowds and traffic, and also in the affordable accommodation with sea view, this villa can be a good choice for you.

Owners description

Aurora Villa is located in Potos and offers 14 accommodation units.

You will find this accommodation by turning left on the main crossroad in Potos (from Limenaria direction), then to the first street left after the EKO gas station and at the end of that street, there's Aurora, on the left side.

There are five double rooms (15m2) on the second and third floor, with two single beds, wardrobe, commode, A/C, fridge, bathroom and view of the sea and the village. They have no kitchen.

One double room (15m2) on the second floor has one double bed, wardrobe, commode, A/C, fridge, bathroom and a view of the sea and the village.

Five double rooms (15m2) have two single beds, wardrobe, commode, fan, fridge, small bathroom (3m2) and a view of the garden and the sea. They're on the ground, second and third floor and they have no kitchen.

Two quadruple apartments (33m2) with two separate rooms (two single beds in each) have a wardrobe, commode, A/C, TV, fridge, kitchen, bathroom and a sea view. They're set on the second and the third floor.

There's one quadruple apartment (33m2) on the ground floor. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa bed in the living room, a TV, A/C, kitchen and a bathroom.

• The accommodation has a barbeque area. Respect the area and have lots of fun. Barbeque can be used between 18:00 and 23:00. Please inform the management before using the barbeque. No fire within 10m of any building, tree or underbrush, or beneath the branches of any tree.
  Grilling in windy conditions is not allowed. Supervise children around the hot grill. Please bag all other trash and place in the trashcan.
  There are plates, glasses forks and knives available, so please don’t move anything from the apartment to the barbecue area. Please be courteous with your time if others are waiting to use the grill.

• No Smoking! We appreciate your cooperation. Making accommodation non-smoking is a step towards bringing a healthy change in our lives. We encourage you to be a part of our eco-friendly iniative. Smoking is allowed in all outdoor places.
  
• Parking is around the villa on a public area.
  
• Quiet hours between 14:30 and 17:30, after 23:00.
  
• We would appreciate it if you wouldn’t move the kitchenware out of the apartment. Frying is not allowed.
  
• Always throw the toilet paper in the trash bin.
  
• You can wash the sand off your feet at the hose across the benches.
