Our description
Mala Sirena (Little Mermaid) Villa is located 250 meters from the central crossroad on the way to Theologos. Since 2013. it’s available for online reservations and in 2016. all units are renovated.
Arriving from Limenaria, turn left on the central crossroad in Potos and continue to drive straight ahead around 250m. The house is on the right side of the street.
Villa is 350m from the beach and at 1-2 minutes walking from pedestrian zone, souvenir shops, markets and taverns.
One apartment (50m2) is on the ground floor and consists of two separate rooms. The bigger one has a kitchen, dining table and folding couch (1,80x2m) for two, and a smaller one (bedroom) has a double bed (1,40x2m) and a possibility to add a baby cot or additional bed with a standard mattress. There is electric water heater, so you won’t be having problems with hot water. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, with large fridge and a mini stove with oven (only in this apartment). Apartment has a street view, TV, air-conditioning, WiFi internet, DVD player, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets, coffee machine and combined fridge. From this apartment you can exit to the small garden in front of the house with chairs and table and parking for two cars.
Studio (48m2) is on the first floor and it has one double bed and two single beds. On the photos you can see that owners made big effort to make units comfortable. Studio also has a balcony with chairs and table. Kitchen is nicely equipped and there’s also a combined fridge. There’s a shower with hydro massage in the bathroom.
Another apartment (50m2) is on the first floor and it consists two separate rooms. In the first there’s a double bed, while in the other one there’s a sofa (1,50x2m). Also, the apartment has a bathroom with a shower cabin and equipped kitchen with everything that you may need. This apartment also has two exits to the balcony.
Changing of bed linen and towels is done in every five days.
Pets are welcome on request upon booking.
Guests can use a movable barbecue.
If you want more privacy than you can get in other accommodations with many studios and apartments, close to center and beach, Mala Sirena (Little Mermaid) Villa can be an excellent choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
