For reservations made after 01.12.2025 before 31.12.2025, for period from 01.06.2026 to 30.09.2026, discount of 15 % of total reservation is allowed.
Discount is available under following terms: Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.

The Little Mermaid Villa is located in Potos, just a few minutes from the center. The apartments are very well decorated, spacious, and hygiene is at a high level. A major advantage is the private parking and the owner is a Serbian, so you can easily communicate.
The Little Mermaid is 350m away from the beach, and 250m away from the promenade, souvenir shops, stores, amusement park, and taverns.
There are four accommodation units available, including one studio and three apartments. The villa has been available for online reservations since 2013, and the accommodation units were completely renovated in 2017.
The apartment for four people (50m2) is located on the ground floor and consists of two physically separate rooms. The larger one contains a kitchen, dining table, and a sofa bed where two people can sleep, while the smaller one, the bedroom, has a double bed. If needed, a baby cot can be added to the bedroom. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with a large fridge, coffee maker, and uniquely, an oven. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The apartment overlooks the street, and includes a TV, air conditioning, wireless internet, DVD player, hairdryer, iron, and mosquito nets. It leads to a small courtyard, and outside the entrance there is a seating set and parking.
The studio for four people (48m2) is located on the first floor. The bedroom with a double bed is separated by wooden blinds and leads to a large terrace with a street view and seating area. The living room features a TV, air conditioning, and two single beds, one of which has a drawer with a mattress where a child can sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge. The bathroom includes a shower with hydro-massage.
The apartment for four people (50m2) is on the first floor and consists of two separate rooms. One room has a double bed, TV, and an exit to a terrace overlooking the street, while the other room has a sofa bed where two people can sleep, air conditioning, and also an exit to the terrace. It has a bathroom with a shower cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge. This apartment also has access to two terraces (actually, one is a partitioned terrace).
The duplex apartment (90m2) for up to 6 people was renovated for the 2018 season, located on the first floor and with a sea view. It includes two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 200x160cm, a large bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen has an oven and a large fridge. The living room has a sofa bed where two more people can sleep. The terrace is located at the back of the house and offers a sea view, accessible from one of the bedrooms and the kitchen. Next to the seating set, there is a built-in barbecue.
For the 2026 season, the only available unit for online reservations is the 2 Bedroom Apartment, First Floor.
Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV, kitchen, bathroom, hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, as well as cleaning.
There is a backyard behind the house where guests can use a portable barbecue.
Parking is located right next to the house, and one vehicle can be parked in front of the entrance to the ground floor apartment.
Small pets are allowed with prior notice at the time of booking. Water is heated by an electric boiler, not by solar panels, so you will certainly not have any issues with hot water. In the pictures, you can see that the owners have really made an effort to make the accommodation look beautiful and well-equipped.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, at the central intersection near the amusement park, turn left and drive straight for about 250m. The house is located on the right side of the street.
If you are looking for a quality and spacious accommodation, just a few minutes from the center, The Little Mermaid is an excellent choice.
