Our description
Spitaki Apartments offers to the guests two modernly decorated and fully equipped apartments with a spacious yard and barbecue. Near the accommodation there is a small, sparsely visited beach, while the Potos city beach is a little further.
Accommodation is located in the center of Potos, at a distance of 180m from the nearest supermarket and 350m from the city beach.
The villa offers two apartments that have 48m2.
Ground floor apartment has a slightly lower ceiling. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds and an equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a stove. There is a shower cabin in the bathroom. This unit has one AC and the guests use a common seating area in the yard as it does not have its own terrace.
The apartment on the first floor has the same layout as the apartment on the ground floor. Unlike the unit on the lower floor, it has two air conditions, a large terrace and a higher ceiling.
All the guests have at their disposal internet, washing machine, NETFLIX, hair dryer, iron, umbrellas and mats.
Cleaning and the change of towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
The yard is fenced and there is a seating area with barbecue.
Guests can find a parking space in the nearby streets or in the public parking not far from the accommodation.
Coming from Prinos, at the entrance to Potos, turn right towards the promenade just after the Alexander Beach Hotel. After 180m you will reach the accommodation. The villa is located in an alley on the right side of the road that leads to a small beach.
Accommodation is an ideal option for two families or larger group of friends who want to stay in the center of Potos but on the other hand to have their own privacy.

Spitaki Apartments Potos feature two newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, apartments that can sleep up to 4 guests each. Set in the quiet northern corner of Potos Thassos, Spitaki Apartments is less than 1-minute walk to the secluded Malama beach and 250 metres to the centre of the Potos.
At Spitaki you will have the use of a separate lounge room, full kitchen, wireless internet, smart TV, bluetooth speaker and Netflix. We provide all bedding and linen, including beach towels, toiletries and a hairdryer so you can travel light or make extra room in your suitcase for your vacation wardrobe.
In addition to a full wrap around balcony, you also have full access to the shaded courtyard where you can relax as you eat breakfast, cool off after a day at the beach and enjoy your evening tsipouro (local drink).
We are located in one of the most sought after locations in Potos. Our neighbours are quiet and friendly, especially the local cats. Just a 5 minutes stroll from the bustling heart of Potos you will pass local bakeries and shops selling everything you can think of on your way to Potos main beach, cafes, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. There is even a doctor at the end of the street. Spitaki is also just a 7-minute walk to Alexandra Beach resort and spa and 13 minutes walk to Pefkari Beach. If you feel like stretching your legs, San Antonio beach is only a 20-minute walk away.
Almost everything you will need for your holiday is less than 10 min walk from Spitaki. Ask us for recommendations for everything from hire cars to hairdressers. We also have lots of local tips and tricks for getting around and getting the most out of your time in Thassos. Well, known beaches like Pefkari, Psili Ammos, Astris, Alyki, and Paradise as well as Giola lagoon are only a half an hour drive away. Beautiful cultural sites like the villages of Theologos, Maries and Kastro and the stunning Monastery of Archangel Michael and the archaeological site of Alyki are all an easy drive from Spiktaki. Mt Ipsarion can be reached by car from Potos or even on foot for those who are ready for hiking and climbing for a long time. Free parking can be found only minutes from Spitaki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
