The hotel is luxuriously furnished and equipped, featuring spacious air-conditioned rooms with large terraces, mosquito nets, excellent furniture, mattresses, and pillows. The woodwork and bathroom fittings are of high quality - no expense was spared in construction and furnishing. Hygiene is commendable, with cleaning and towel replacement carried out twice daily. The beach is below average, but there are two saltwater pools, with the smaller one being particularly suitable for young children. The hotel also boasts a gym and a spa center, which I did not use, but everything appears new and very well-maintained. It is not a typical all-inclusive hotel, where you are uncertain if the fence and staff will prevent others from entering or allow you to leave. There is insufficient staff for the workload in the restaurant and on the beach.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 13 years are not approved.
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
